Extremely friendly Staff. I cannot remember the lady who checked me in, but she was AMAZING the entire weekend of my stay with answering questions and providing assistance.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. The end tables were sticky. The toilet paper was low and no extra provided. The floors were extemely filthy, didn't want my g-baby walking around barefoot, her feet were black after the first hour.

Breakfast was a disaster. You need a regular buffet. We waited over a hour for food and it came out in two stages about 15 minutes a part. Waffles weren’t served with whip cream and fruit as menu stated. No water, coffee ran out. My omelet was only warm, no jelly or butter for toast and no ketchup for potatoes. Only three families there no one happy! I will not stay there again. $10.00 to $15.00 a plate totally ridiculous!!!

Cost a bit high, in room, bathroom specifically the hand soap and lotion on the wall was in an odd location. Right at door edge with light switches on the other side! Light switches should’ve been either above or before the soap/lotion dispenser.

The room was nice and clean. We requested a room away from the elevator and they accommodated us. The clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to Abilene Christian University which is why we were visiting. I would recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was 3 of us and we were only given 2 tickets for breakfast. I feel like that if we paid for 3 people for a room including breakfast, we should all receive tickets for breakfast.

The desk clerk was terrific. I accidentally booked the wrong date through a booking company. Instead of me having to try and find the booking company and make the correction, he helped me to do it himself.

Nothing what so ever!

We stayed one night for the West Texas Fair and Rodeo. Location to the fair grounds were great. Rooms were clean. Price was right.

Breakfast wasn't served till 7:00am. Could have started it at 6:30am.

The facility was very comfortable, with ample area beyond the entry with a restaurant. We were not expecting a "restaurant", and were somewhat impressed. However, choices were pretty limited without options for those with food intolerances.

It would have been simpler for those with food restrictions to have a breakfast buffet. The menu was pretty limited in general.

the pool was cool and well lighted, nice seating outdoors, clean inside.

the booking we chose said breakfast included, when we got there, they told us you have to pay for breakfast. second, when you book there’s no mention that they will hold $50 on your card for incidentals, I don’t mind but that should be available information when booking. great property, but I like transparency.

Service for breakfast took too long food was ok

I made a reservation for a pet. Followed up with and email to confirm Oer was allowed. Request approved. Upon check in, was told let’s not allowed. Accommodations were finally made, but felt uneasy every time I saw the lady who checked me in.

The shower area has nothing to prevent it from spreading to the rest of the bath room so you end up with a lake
