My wife and I were immediately greeted by the owners who made us feel right at home and even walked us to our room and showed us inside to see if we needed anything beyond what they had already provided. They were intelligent and happy people who really did care that our stay was the best that it could be. We travel a lot, and this has been some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. And most amazingly, this service came at a cost that was significantly lower than all the other places we could have stayed in that region of the state. We left with a feeling of indebtedness to the owners for the honest efforts they put forth to ensure our good stay. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. From the road, the modest exterior of the motel doesn't suggest at all what we found inside.

I only wish every place we have to spend the night on the road would be half as lovely a stay as this one was! Thank you, owners!!

This location is more of a motel, but they have remodeled the rooms and they are very nicely decorated. There is a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee pot and nice cabinet. The room has a very large big screen TV and the bathroom was all remodeled and very clean. The only thing lacking there was a hand towel and shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Only soap. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is a window unit air conditioner in each unit. It is a very nice room for the price!

Was actually a non smoking room, I value the absence of smoke odor! Furniture was nice, no carpet was a bonus, floor was ceramic tiling, bed was comfortable. Larger than average refrigerator . There was a small desk to use a laptop, etc

However, there was no hair dryer (I guess bring your own) and no Kleenex in the bathroom. Hotel exterior was kinda rough and needed work. The owner mentioned they were renovating and focused on getting room interiors nice prior to woking on outside appearance

The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating even though we had to check in very late. Excellent customer service! They are a pet friendly inn which was important to us since we were traveling with our dog. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was recently renovated so the flooring, countertops and shower were new. It included a separate kitchen area with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, which we were not expecting and was very nice.

Because the room was recently renovated, it was missing a few things in the bathroom that are likely going to be added in the near future. Hooks or bars for the towels and a toilet paper holder were missing but the fact that everything was so new and clean made up for it. I would recommend this location based on my experience.

Very comfortable, more than enough room for husband and 3 girls . Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible! My baby had softball tournaments and they gave her the most inspiring words and motivation to go out there and be her best she absolutely loved them. My baby wants to stay there again if we are ever back in brownfield and I definitely agree 🥰

Gee and Cable, the owners, were perfectly delightful…treated us like family—very sweet. The charge for our dog was reasonable $10. It’s a large room with brand new king sized bed, good pillows, a refrigerator with freezer, not a little tiny one! Newly remodeled room and bathroom. This couple is remarkable!

Loved it all…you won’t regret your choice! They recently bought; haven’t fixed up the outside yet, so don’t judge from outside. You can park right in front of your door 👍🏼

the managers were amazing in accommodating me and my daughter and making us feel comfortable after having a bad night elsewhere the night before.. the rooms are very nice,don't let the outside fool you they let us know immediately that they are focused on the interior before the exterior would stay here again

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff; the owners son I believe was so nice! He remarked about how hot it was and gave me a bag of ice. This is the kind of customer service that you don’t see much anymore.

The look of the place from the highway is deceiving. It looks like a rather typical little roadside motel. It’s not. It’s a fantastic little place to stay.

The inside was very pleasant with the renovations….but the outside didn’t mat! The out side conjured thoughts of a movie, and that’s the kind of place the bad guys hide out at I understand no one would book it, if there were pics of the outside…tough situation

Staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Although the property looks a bit dated on the outside, the rooms are recently remodeled and look great. The room was very clean and larger than most motel rooms. And I like one story motels that allow you to pull right up to your door.

The plastic shower adjustment knob was broken and would not stay attached.
