Extremely nice front desk lady. They said there wasn’t a king bed even though I ordered and was available online. The lady called the manager and they got me into a king size bed just as ordered. Amazing service here. Idk what the bad reviews are about I’m pretty happy to find my new hotel when I go to Lubbock. Will surely be back.

The glass was shattered all throughout the building as it does look a mess but nothing to rate negatively since I’m just there to sleep and don’t notice it. Also wish the curtains actually shut all the way they are the partial curtains that lets light in all night. Luckily I was tired so didn’t keep me up but did notice it before going to bed.

The curtains were ripped and dirty, the bathroom towel had dark brown stains and the facets dripped. The coffee machine was broken, you had to hold it down to brew a cup. The bathroom shower took forever to get warm/hot water. The carpets were grossly dirty. I stayed here twice before about 3 years ago and it was much nicer and cleaner then. Probably won't stay again

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Able to park in handicap close to entrance was nice. (Not in wheelchair but walking limited)

Very disappointed as pool was ice cold! They were aware but stayed frigid during stay. Had requested thru Booking but they only initially sent that they would try to have room. They need to go thru and fix things like caulking around plumbing and molding in rooms and hallways. Short on staff as everywhere so breakfast on Labor day we encountered very limited hot food. Pancake machine never worked! And room was huge and nice but had requested much smaller room initially. They weren't totally sold out but crowded. So I believe they upgraded and it cost more for me it seemed!

Friendly service, nice room, quiet, not so many little lights in the room. I'm light sensitive when I sleep and I don't like all the extra lights. The whole place felt good.

We didn't eat breakfast. I like to eat organic and not artificial food. No hotel serves chemical free, non-GMO foods. So we don't eat the breakfast.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. Maybe there should be a lighted makeup mirror for us ladies.

Super hot in the pool room, had a friend stay separate from us and her rate was 60 dollars cheaper than ours, she booked on priceline we booked through booking.com

This location is always nice and clean

The cost for one night was $325. I think they are taking advantage of people because it was a busy tech weekend.

Breakfast was good. Coffee needs upgrading! Curtains in room 109 needs to be repaired! Great check-in staff‼️👍

The beds were comfy and the room was large.

I booked a "Two-bedroom suite" and was disappointed to find out the hotel doesn't have suites with an additional room. Booking.com misrepresented the room!

security was not present. there was a guy in the parking lot selling items out of his backpack and then he came inside and waited while my 5 year old and I got ice. we hurried cause we thought he was waiting to get ice too. nope. he was waiting to ask if I wanted to buy a cologne for my husband. I said no thank you and we walked away. I immediately made the front counter aware of he situation.
