The staff is above and beyond amazing I felt totally safe the whole time I was there no matter what happened they gave me keys when I needed them they brought stuff to my room they they went above and beyond to help out a disabled veteran and I consider them all a friend everybody that works there because they're amazing people they treat the customers like family basically I mean I can't even say enough about the people that work at this place I mean if you get there and you don't like something guess what that s*** will get fixed just say something I mean the management all the way down to everybody is just above and beyond amazing I love it I love this place!

I love the cleanliness and the nice friendly staff. The beds and the space in the room. In the location of the actual hotel was perfect for us.

I went to breakfast Sunday morning, which was over at 9 AM. I got in there at 8:40 and there weren’t any biscuits eggs or sausage left, I waited and at 9 AM they came and just closed it down. They never made anymore. It was sad because I wasn’t able to eat breakfast this morning.

I could honestly go on and on about the outstanding customer service this hotel had to offer! Eddie, the manager, made sure that he met and exceeded all of my requests after another hotel in Lubbock did me very wrong. He takes true pride and commitment in his facility. Then, Ruby, the overnight attendant, was beyond sweet and very knowledgeable with her job. My daughter was in a car accident the night that I stayed, and she was super quick to give me directions to where my daughter was at. She also stopped everything when I got back to make time to speak with me, to make sure my daughter was okay. I do go to Lubbock on a pretty regular basis, and this will now be my "go to" for a hotel, no questions asked!

My door had a bit of an issue with closing.... some of the teeth were jammed, so I had to slam my door shut from the outside. But, that's all.

Staff was very friendly. I was allowed to leave cash for incidentals instead of having a hold put on my card. Hotel was very clean. Cleanliness is number 1 priority for me. This place was definitely clean.

Great price, close to family, shopping, and hospitals if visiting patients!

Room was clean, comfortable beds. Hotel was full do to graduation at Texas Tech, it wasn't noisy at all. Location was great. Check in/out was easy.

Really wanted milk at breakfast and there was none.

The breakfast was great! Can't start a better morning than to have coffee and biscuits and gravy. The location is always convenient since it's right off Marsha Sharp. Staff is amazing!

The only thing I didn't like was the exit areas were not cleaned the room we got had a bathtub shower wished it had a walk in shower other than that it was great

The bed was very comfortable, had everything I needed.

The tv remote didn’t work well, but I’m not much for tv so no big deal. I think it just needs a new battery.

Staff was great when we have stayed there. There were issues with the elevator on the last morning and they we diligently working on them and had the repair contractor out quickly to get the problem resolved. Really enjoy the pool.
