Love staying here, but you need to always ask if the hot tub is hot. Because a lot of times we’ve stayed it’s been out. The breakfast is great, the managers evening cocktails is good, it’s beautiful inside, it’s always clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is fair, not real friendly but otherwise a great place to stay

We had a horrible experience upon checking in, even though the room was confirmed ahead of time, the receptionist could not find our reservation. The receptionist both at check in and the next day went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but without them and all of their help, we may of had to of looked for another hotel last second! I can’t express how thankful I am to those two ladies, they were empathetic and extremely helpful.

For starters the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff in the morning was a delight to be around they were happy and always willing to help. BUT most of all the plants in the hotel are 100% real and one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. We are plant lovers for sure and this place really was the cherry on top!

Everything was amazing, the only thing that I would change was probably the temp in the room our room was a little hot but that could be cause we were in a corner suite and the outside doors were near our room. It really wasn't that big of an issue tho.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and they bend over backwards to help you. The facility is clean. The breakfast is tasty. The beds are comfortable.

My only complaint is that our key cards kept going bad. I was there for four days and had five different key cards. For my last time in the room, I asked a cleaning lady to help me get in. Her key didn’t work either. She hit the door lock a few times, and then it worked.

Breakfast was superb! I enjoyed the bar as well. Happy hour was great. Needs to be like this at all locations. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Key card didn't work on all the entrance doors. I would have to walk around the building to get inside. That could be dangerous for a woman or child.

We were there for our wedding/ honeymoon night. Older hotel and in need of some repairs. The shower head was not good poor pressure...breakfast was good with made to order eggs. We enjoyed watching the basket ball game with drinks and snacks from the bar.

Not enough help in bar/ restaurant. Reception drinks could be of a little better quality. Or maybe a better selection of wine and do not refrigerate red wine.

Managers reception was nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and in a great location.

Location is close to everything. Hotel is clean. Friendly service. Food and drinks are great. Rooms are very large.

Air conditioner in room couldn't keep up.. hard to sleep because it was too warm.
