This was the quietest stay I've ever had at a hotel. There was some expected highway noise outside, but we didn't hear anyone in the hallways, neighbor plumbing, TVs from other rooms, or doors closing. If the parking lot wasn't full, I would have thought we were the only ones there. Mattress was an older style, but very comfortable.

Only 2 room towels, and none at the hot tub (which worked perfectly and was wonderfully warm)

We have been to this property for a very long time every time we travel to Lubbock. But this time around, we were not happy. The rooms looked swept with cereal on the floor, where someone had eaten, the beds had no sheets, and there was a smelly lady in the lobby, who stayed there several days because she had no place to go. She had not bathed, and I don’t know if she was even eating or had money to eat. I gave her our leftover food as we left. There were also homeless people staying in the lobby and harassing clients both in and out of the hotel. I did not feel safe at all. I was glad to hear that it has been bought out by Hilton and they are going to renovate and raise their standards. Thank God. Because we loved this place.

I loved the layout of this motel. I could just go out my sliding glass door to use the pool or just sit outside.

It’s old and doesn’t seem very well kept up. My shower was out of hot water and in fact there was not much water. Someone caused the door to the outside from my hallway to be locked and it meant a very long walk to my car from my room and staff was not particularly helpful. Pool was very murky. Breakfast was not great and coffee very weak.

The hotel room was comfortable. The staff in the hotel was amazing. My husband had a bout of heartburn and acid reflux (which he normally doesn't have) and it seemed like everything was closed around our vicinity. The front desk clerk assisted us with getting some milk so that he could finally sleep throughout the night. She was thoughtful and willing to help us in his time of need. The breakfast bar was good. The hotel was right next to Walmart and surrounded with other restaurants to eat.

Unfortunately the hotel is up for auction January 15th (I believe). I was actually worried as we were driving up that the hotel was closed. Thankfully we were able to stay for the night. My husband thought the beds were too hard but that's a matter of preference.

God guys it’s a good price and in such a safe area your next to the highway but kinda way behind it but it’s easy to get to where your going you can walk to the Walmart the pools are nice and clean and gosh the prices were just wow guys seriously spend the night here it’s so clean and ice and comfortable and I felt so safe here bc lubbuck be scary

That the hot tub was closed but it was just for cleaning but it’s a nice pool I swam in it before it was getting cleaned

We stayed on two separate nights. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is easy to get to from the freeway, but if you're coming from the east, follow your GPS directions carefully - it appears you're going the wrong way until the last minute! There are several restaurants within a minute or two walking distance - see my "didn't like" section! This hotel was a recommendation from a friend, and she was right - it's a great place to stay and very reasonably priced.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the Applebees manager was very rude to us when we walked in to be seated. We ended up walking straight back out and across the parking lot to the Outback, where the service couldn't have been better. Go there!

The suite was actually like a small apartment, and the bedroom was at the far end of the suite, which meant I didn't hear any noise from the hallway. An excellent night's sleep in a very comfortable bed, and a great A/C system (I'm a Colorado girl--I use A/C even in December).

The night receptionist was very nice, but when I called for help on finding the hotel (I was lost), he was unable to give me any directions. I ended up getting help from a complete stranger in a parking lot some miles away.

It was clean and quit didn't have any problems with the stay the next morning the desk lady was very helpful and polite

I had messaged the facility that I would be arriving early I didn't get a response. And upon my arrival the front desk lady Corina, who was very rude was not polite at all and even tho it was very clear I had just got out work and I was very tired she still continued to be ugly and no people skills.

The hotel was recommended to us by a frend as being comfortable, clean, good value for money, and in a safe area. It was definitely all these things. Nothing fancy, but it really didn't need to be. We were on a trip where we needed a convenient place to stay that wouldn't break the budget. There are plenty of food options right across the parking lot, and an inexpensive gas station for when you get back on the road, so it has all the amenities you would need. It's right off the freeway, so it's easy to access. It also looks like a local place, and not part of a chain, so we were glad that our money was going to a smaller business.

Really, no complaints. For the price point, it would just seem picky to critique much about the stay. The hotel is plain, and the breakfast is fairly simple, but it all fit the bill nicely.

The entire facility was very clean and smelled clean. I could walk barefoot on the carpet in the room and it felt clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The outside door at the back of the hotel, facing Walmart, did not open with the card key. Also, the card key is not clearly marked as to which end to put in the lock. That was confusing and we had trouble getting in our room because of it.
