Really nice managers and staff. Clean and comfortable. Great value and we felt secure. Great for a quick travel stop and our puppy was welcome and enjoyed the room. Good size room with kitchenette and chairs. We will be staying here again because of the value. It is older, however rooms are clean and nice. Lubbock is nice and I was pleasantly surprised how much is available in the city of interest to travelers.

I wish the color scheme in the rooms was a little more updated, but overall a good place to stay!

The parking spaces are not sufficient enough for trucks so the other cars have to butt up against each other to fit in the remaining spaces.

Nice big room/apt with a full kitchen and sitting area. Lots of good food options within walking distance.

Expect to bring any kitchen items you need, there are none provided even though there is a full kitchen. Bathrooms could use an update, there is no counter space. Beds are very high and hard to get into.

Room was ready even though we showed up early. Accommodated our late check out so I could have extra time with my Texas Tech graduate! Thank you so much!

2nd floor neighbors stayed awake all night and made alot of noise but this wasn’t Studio-6 fault…just rude and inconsiderate people.

A long walk from parking to my room. The beds and chairs were very uncomfortable. The shower head was way to low.

The location of the motel was perfect for me. The bed sheets were comfortable.

The insulation between the motel rooms is very poor. You can easily hear conversations of the motel guests in the next room and vice versa. Your privacy is compromised and if you require a quiet environment for sleep, this will be a challenge for you if you have noisy neighbors. The towels are rather rough on the skin.

property was comfortable, reasonable and roomy the people who work here are such a blessing, pleasant, knowledgeable and communicative made my mothers stay so inviting and comfortable definitely will use again:) thank you Mr Kevin and Andrea you both are amazing!
