I loved the shower! It was big and spacious. I also loved that the pool was clean and clear. The entire hotel was on the classier side.

The spa/hottub was not working. It was just warm... the door to the bathroom was SO HEAVY and hard to move closed and shut. The pillowcases had not been changed and it was obvious. I always bring my own regardless tho. Just in case. Also, I was finding myself waking up earlier than I wanted to because the curtains couldn't close to make the room dark completely.

my stay was four days, the breakfast was the same food every morning. There was no variation whatsoever. Instead of a sausage patty every day, perhaps bacon cut up substituted. I do not eat biscuits and gravy, which was presented every day. There was fruit which I appreciated. The banana bananas were green on the first day. Also, there was no access to water at the breakfast bar besides hot water.

in my room, there was something spelled on the floor close to the refrigerator that looked as if it could've been cleaned up. There were some stains on the couch. But overall, the room was comfortable.

I like how quiet the place is and also how not busy the roads nearby are. I loved all equipment and accessories were provided in the room, from coffee till iron board and Bible.

I didn’t like my room specifically. The doors were not fully furnished enough. There was gaps through the doors which i could clearly see the outside halls. That made me very insecure and unsafe. Also the toilets were dirty, the paintings were torn off and looked very old and weary. I also didn’t like how shear the bathroom doors were and the shower curtains were. I really like the environment and room accessories but i wished these things were much better.

I liked the fact that the front desk staff were amazing! The cleanliness was on point, the staff was super friendly, the bathrooms were some of the best looking bathrooms I ever walked into, beds were super comfy, Heaters worked…

Breakfast… I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast tasted a little nasty… Eggs were dry, waffle mix was liquid, no syrup for the waffles, no peanut butter, no yogurt, Breakfast was a complete and total failure. That and there were a few things damaged in the room I stayed in… The Mini Chair front leg was hobbled, can tell it was 1 good yank and you could break the front leg off. And also the coffee maker in the room didn’t work… After doing further research one of the parts were missing. The part where the coffee is supposed to go wasn’t there… which leaves me to believe it was either misplaced or stolen by one of the previous guests…

They were nice and helpful they made it a wonderful stay I was greeted every time I entered the lobby. A pigeon had made a nest outside our window and my kids thought it was so cool and checked on her every day.

If I had to pick something I would say the towels for the pool ran out kind of quickly. And the breakfast was the same every morning but it was good. One of my kids found mold on the banana muffins and the staff checked all muffins and removed all that had mold.

Walking inside the lobby I was greeted immediately, was able to check-in with ease! The lobby was clean. Upon inspection of our hotel room I saw nothing but a clean room. The bathroom was super clean, carpet, windows, mirrors and nightstand were clean and free of dust. The hotel was quiet! Housekeeping team was AWESOME! They always greeted us when we saw them, they came into our room each day to remove the trash! The breakfast area was large and accommodating, decent selection of food! The pool was awesome! The only complaint was the bubbles on the hot tub wouldn't turn on, it could have been because the pool was closing soon. Either way, my experience at the pool was awesome! I would recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and centrally located hotel!

The concierge was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for the sheets, pillows and towels that were not in the room when we checked in at almost midnight. The room was quite clean.

I booked a room for 6 people. The room given us had 2 beds and a sofa bed. My husband and I were the ones on the sofa bed which was not comfortable. If I booked for 4 and 6 of us checked in, I wouldn't mind the sofa bed. Besides, it wasn't yet done when we checked in. We had to go down to reception to fetch extra sheets, extra pillow and towels. These should have been ready in the room before guests arrive.

We used the room as a rest place for the night. In part of a long journey home from Colorado. It felt like a safe area. The room was Clean. the front desk and lobby looked clean. I loved the restroom! The shower was spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. The ac worked great, when we arrived it was off and stuffy in the room but given 5 mins or less it was fresh and cool in the room. We didn't try the TV, Or use any of the amenities. We Didn't even stop for breakfast in the morning, But it smelled great. The coffee maker in the room worked.

The refrigerator wasn't working before we went to sleep we placed a few bottles of water in it and it didn't feel like it was cold inside, but we thought "well maybe in the morning it'll cool.." it sounded like it was working making a humming noise on and off. But it didn't work. And in the morning our waters were still warm. But it wasn't too bad it was just water. Besides the refrigerator it was a very great stay for the night!

I love staying at the Wingate as always the staff is very sweet, helpful and very accommodating. I forgot to pack coloring books for my kids so they can have extra things to do, and I asked her front desk if they could please print out some coloring pages for my kids and they said as long as I sent it to their email they could.

The only thing that I did not like was that their computer in the lobby that the guests can use was out of order. However it was a problem that was easily fixed by asking front desk to print stuff for me.

Comfortable room. Decent selection at breakfast and food up until close. Good staff.

The soap dispensers are always empty and can't be replaced until the morning maid service comes to work. If the neighbors are noisy you can hear almost every word said. The doors don't go to the floor so hall noise is too easily heard
