Room was nice and big. Staff was as very friendly and made corrections to room as soon as we asked (our tv went out and the maintenance man got us a replacement as quick as he could).

BREAKFAST - we stayed three days and breakfast was the same EVERY DAY!!! The only meat was the sausage in the gravy. Hotel needs to put shades in their rooms that can be raised or lowered. Big rooms and clean bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a problem and they solved it. Read about the problem under 'what I didn't like'.

I had to change rooms. My first room was next to the ice machine which made the first night a miserable experience. the machine makes loud sound when depositing ice in the dispenser. The next room was good and made the stay very comfortable.

It was a very good experience! From online to in person checking in, everything went smooth and good! We as a family already decided if we need a room again we would stay here! Thank you!

It needs more lighting or brighter lighting in the rooms. The bathroom sink counter is too small, and I didn't like that the bathroom door didn't stay open..

There are some things that need updating. Bathtubs (at least in the rooms I’ve stayed in) are somewhat rusty on the bottom and in need of replacing or refinishing. Most of the mirrors are peeling paint, lamps are sometimes missing and sink faucets are often hard to turn on (or off.) Minor things, though, that are far outweighed by the good things mentioned above!

Have stayed here many times, and it's Always excellent parking, and the BEDS are always something to look forward to. All in all I would say that Cleanliness, comfort, along with a spaciousness room and a mountain of Bed Pillows, makes for the perfect end of a busy day. I think I'm "INN" love! : ]

The toilets are always the low point (literally) of the stay. I have NEVER seen such low profile toilets. Respectfully...it's almost like roughing it in the woods. They're big enough, but the height is like.... kiddie size. Don't really mean though to make a BIG deal out of a LITTLE inconvenience. I've commented on this before, and I'm sure they're not going to change them all at this point, but just saying...

Right off the freeway. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and decent.

Some of the furniture in the room was scratch and damaged. We would of loved to see fresh fruit and some sausage or bacon for their breakfast menu.

Although there were nice choices for bread, cereal, juices, it would have been nice to have more protein.

By the time I went down to eat at around 8:00AM, the fried eggs were limited and the one I chose was rubbery. It was nice to see yogurt choices and the apples and bananas.

We have stayed here 4or 5 times. We like the location and generally it is comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Hallways have gouges and scrapes that have been painted over but are still very noticeable. Our shower was broken, it leaked the whole time and we had no hot water to shower.

I liked the breakfast. It exceeded my expectations.

This might be just a personal preference thing and maybe therefore isn't representative of a larger population, however i thought the pillows were odd. Instead of like four standard sized pillows, our bed had a bunch of like throw-pillow-sized pillows. I mean, I slept fine on them—they were nice and comfortable enough. I just thought the half-dozen-pillow choice... was interesting?

Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed. Large closet - and I like that the light comes on automatically when you open the door - no feeling around for a switch. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the king rooms that have counter

The towels and wash cloths are rough and scratchy; they could use an upgrade. Lamps have been missing from some rooms I have stayed in.
