The location was a little further away than we would've liked, but the price and facilities were excellent which made up for that.

It seems they ran out of shampoo, so there wasn't any in our bathroom when we stayed. After being on a road trip for a couple of weeks, we'd run out and needed some, but they didn't even have any at the front desk. They also only put 2 towels in our room for 3 people staying there. We got additional ones from the front desk (no big deal), but it would've been nice if they had put 4 towels in there.

The rooms were huge! There is a big work area, sofa, big refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom shower and toilet are separated with a door. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff were very hospitable, respectful, and accommodating. The pool was nice. It looks like a resort. Breakfast was okay. They had sausages, eggs, waffles, yogurt, biscuit with gravy, cereals, and bread.

The hotel was dated. It needs a bit of renovation. The elevator needs repair. When it goes up/down, it wiggles. We were scared it would give up, and we would be stuck in it. The water pressure is low maybe because we stayed on the 3rd floor.

The location is ideal for me due to the work I volunteer to do in Lubbock, TX.

I couldn't get the front desk to give me a room receipt for my taxes. I stayed in February - the night of the 14th. The desk clerk said I would receive one by e-mail. I don't think I ever got a receipt. I asked the same desk clerk Saturday morning - March 15th for a receipt. He said okay and when I looked at the receipt, there weren't any charges listed. The form had NO DOLLAR amounts - the lines for info were all blank. Maybe you could send me a receipt for February 14 and March 14?

The room was set up perfectly for me, my son and grandson, giving each of us our own bed. The bathroom was also set up nicely with the commode being located in a separate room from the shower/sink area. However, the bath towels were also in the commode area, making it a bit inconvenient if you didn't grab one before taking a shower! There were no bath towel racks in the area where the shower was located. The black out shades were great, and completely blocked out all sunlight!

The phone in the room didn't have a dial tone, nor could you call the front desk. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door, even though a late checkout had been approved.

Saff was friendly, and the hotel was mostly clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the coffee. Overall, it was good especially for the price.

They need to update a few things, the elevator sounds, and it feels like its about to die a horrible death. The drawers in the dresser in our room would not stay closed. The lighting needs to be upgraded, and outlets need to be replaced. Some didn't work. I wish that we could have connected our netflix ot at least that we could have smartcasted my phone, but otherwise, it was a decent room for a decent price.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff where helpful, attentive, and friendly! The beds, pillows and clean room was nice. The a/c worked very well and the room was so comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. We definetly got very good and very needed rest.

The swimming pool deck should be swept and rinsed off daily if not twice a day to prevent dirt and pine needles from entering the pool. The swimming pool could be a bit warmer. We couldn't get in it in the evening and besides it really was too dirty to swim in. There was trash, pine needles, and dirt in it. A hot tub would be a nice addition. Also, the elevators were broken and the only one that did work was scary to be in. When it got to the third floor it dropped us enough to make my stomach drop every time. I was very nervous and scared to ride in it but I didn't see any stairs as an option. Besides, I can't walk 3 flights of stairs one way. In one day it would be required to at least walk 12 flights of stairs at minimum.

Breakfast was good, but the gravy a little watery but then the biscuits were hard. May have been a problem with the temp on waffle iron as 2 women were standing over it and it kept beeping....omelets are easier to eat than scrambled A refrigerator with a freezer would be nice as we had ice blocks for our drink bag. Had to ask for some wash cloths. Thought that was strange

The room was perfect for what we needed and the location was close to where we needed to be. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator button on that floor wasn't working so we had to be a little creative getting down with our bags and other luggage. The front desk did let us know at check in and offered another room but we preferred the larger room so it wasn't a deal breaker.

The hotel was VERY warm outside of our room. I'm not sure if the AC in the building wasn't working or if they just keep it warm but it was almost uncomfortably warm.

The pool was nice and clean and our room was very spacious. The hot breakfast was OK. We also liked that the hotel was only a few car minutes away from Walmart and Target. South facing room was quiet without any traffic or other noise.

The window facing south could not be fully closed, which was a bit inconvenient with the strong winds at the time we stayed here. But nothing worth complaning about.

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and there was a really good hot breakfast every morning kept stocked throughout the service time by one very hard working lady. The hotel had good facilities with a very pretty pool and a decent gym. Perfect location for our visit to the regional track and field championships at Lowry Park with easy access from the highway. And all for less than $80 a night ... Great value
