Cute finishes. Super nice staff. We didn’t use the pool. Game area for friends and family to hang out in the lobby. We were in a handicap room which was very spacious. Location of hotel felt safe.

The shower had a little Serratia in the corner, sink had a little debris in it and the mirror had water spots at the top and sides. It wouldn’t take much to clean the Serratia just spraying with bleach and allowing to sit for a few minutes and then rinsing would have cleaned that up. All that to say it was cleaner than most rooms I’ve stayed in for similar price.

The aesthetic and arcitecture of the funiture and building and the colors of the hallways really pleased me as well as the bathroom and the check out time was amazing Its better to check out at noon rather than 11 am like most hotels do

The only issues I had was the toilet being too close to the wall and I also think the rooms should have microwaves also everything else was amazing

I loved the location with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel was very clean with a functional decor. The bed was comfortable, but not plush. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aloft.

The front desk person was business-like, but not really welcoming. She carried herself with a very slight hint of agitation. The water pressure was disappointing and the temperature was cold during one shower and not really hot during a second one. Finally, as a light sleeper, the room forced air furnace was problematic, constantly rattling as if something was stuck in the blower.

Great, convenient hotel. Nice modern style room. Also a fun bar-area that people actually wanted to use and enjoy (indoor and outdoor area) Hotel is right next to a shopping area with restaurants that are easy to walk to (I got takeout at PF Changs) Appreciated that they allow dogs! We enjoyed our one night stay

The rooms were quiet and spacious the bar tender was super sweet the swimming pool had a wheelchair ramp that goes down into the pool

The pool wasn't heated it was very cold my kids could only swim for a few minutes but I will definitely be back

This was our first time staying at your hotel. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. We were thankful for great air conditioning and comfortable bed. I was also impressed about how quiet our stay was.

I hate an enclosed toilet that feels like it's in a closet.

Very quite room. Excellent location right next to shopping. Lobby has a pool table and was able to play a few games with the wife. Haven't played pool in a long time. Outside play area was nice.

We were put in a handicap room and the shower soaked the floor of the bathroom.

It is very modern looking and easy to get around

The water pressure at sink was low and the lights were weird. I think it was a handicap room so we were kind of confused wh lots worked like they did

The lights are in a weird place and no one tells you, so I thought none of my lights worked until I finally figured it all out. The shower all 4 days I was there only got lukewarm at best.

Location, cleanliness

You can see from the sleeping area into the restroom particularly the shower. Couples no issues, families not a good idea.
