Location and price were great

Upon arrival, the manager was treating another guest very rudely in front of another guest waiting to check in. Handled very poorly. Also, when we arrived at our room, there was food left in the fridge that stunk the room up and hair all in the shower. I went downstairs to let them know and they gave me a spray bottle with an unknown cleaner to clean up the fridge and bathroom. I was not happy and at that point just ready to get changed and head out for the night. I had to throw out the leftover food myself.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean and welcoming. The price is affordable compared to other hotels I have stayed at as well.

Upon checking in I was greeted by to staff members, one was very professional, the other was dressed inappropriately with her breasts hanging out of her dress that was see through and you could see her thong underwear through it when she stood up. In the lobby ice cream is for sale so I bought some for my grandchildren and when we went to put the rest away we realized there was no freezer in the mini refrigerator.

Property was very clean, odor free. Location was great, very close to restaurants and entertainment. There is a Walmart within 3 minute drive for any forgotten items. Parking area was well lit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is within a 8-10 minute drive from TTU. My only complaint is the price of stay was inflated due to TTU event/festivities but not much we can do about that.

Breakfast was very good with many choices, hot and cold, served in clean and comfortable environment. Pool was clean and handy to use. Ingress and egress were easy. Parking good. Pillows and bedding were comfortable.

There were post Covid lapses back to the cleaning schedules during Covid. We could not tell that our rooms were cleaned, including running a vacuum, during our five day stay. Understand the difficulty in getting help nowadays and especially on holidays, but please try harder. Thanks.

Convenient location to where I need to be. The morning breakfast is typical of Covid breakfast. The coffee was average. The scrambled eggs and sausage were kind of blah. The breakfast would be considered a light snack, such as yogurt and apple or banana and a muffin. For an above standard experience, I would prefer a menu and I’m able to order my breakfast, even if the choices were only for five items.

I had to wait for a cart to take my luggage and items from my car to my room because there was only one cart in use and someone checked in right before me. There needs to be more carts available for use when checking in and checking out. I was charged more for my stay, then was printed out on the invoice and I am waiting for a resolution.

Good breakfast could use sum diversity though.

Staff could be more understanding of certain situations and try to make accommodations. I rented 5 rooms for 4 days got sick and forgot to renew my reservations for 1 more day, nothing was done to help me or my family after a boatload of cash was spent at the hotel.

I have to say, the location was phenomenal, in a really clean and nicer area around other hotels as well. The rooms were quite nice as well and the property was nice and clean and smelled really nice. The HK and common area staff deserve a lot of credit with how they treat this property and keep it clean. Last, the breakfast selections were super nice and had good variety! I would 100% stay here again.

The only thing I’d say is that the front desk agents were hit/miss. I had 3 different ones all 3 nights and so the one that checked me in was ok, kindof cold but that’s alright, but my second night, I came back from being out and my keys were deactivated (it was my fault because I had them by my wallet) and I went to the FD desk and even acknowledged that to her as well and she had a really bad and snarky attitude regardless which was unfortunate and told me not to have them near my wallet or keys which I already knew. My third night though, the FD agent was SUPER nice and friendly and I didn’t catch her name but she was nice and deserves all the credit.

Everything was very nice. The room was comfortable, location was awesome. Breakfast was GREAT 👍 👌 😋 Will definitely stay here again.

They placed kids in the room above us. Sound like a jumping circus in the Evening's. Peaceful and Quite at night. Next time we're asking for a Top floor room.😁.That's not the fault of Country Inn. That's the fault of bad kids and no parenting. 🙂

The room was large and comfortable. The convenience of a microwave and a mini fridge was a plus. The location of the property was key to find food and fun.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. As big as the room was, the bathroom should have been larger. The corner lounge chair was very dirty with stains.

Room and beds were very good. Breakfast was the typical buffet.

Hotel charged us an additional $100.00 hold on our credit card. They stated it was their policy to charge this amount in case there were any damages done by the occupants during their stay. I don't mind the extra hold on my card so much as I do they didn't tell you ahead of time and when we questioned why they were sneaking up on the customer when it was too late to change to Gentleman at the desk wanted me to initial this agreement to the hold where he wrote it in. I made him sign it also!
