Breakfast was good, front desk staff was amazing during check in

the Bird poop at the west entrance was nasty... also walking outside there always wondering about getting pooped on. Need to put bird deterrent on ledge above door... Also - sounded like a mouse in wall chewing stuff.

Our family could stay in the 2-bedroom arrangement, with my daughter and her 2 children in one bedroom, my husband and myself in the other. It was clean with a kitchenette, and very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

Construction nearby had parking limited. That will resolve soon I'm sure. Overall, it was very good and staff was excellent.

Everything about the room was great most of the Staff was very professional and nice court yard was beautiful we didn't get to enjoy it because of the kids running around on their scooters and climbing all over the rocks while their parents just tuned them out. I understand kids will be kids however there are other people that would like to enjoy their time of peace also, we retreated to our room and had to listen to them jumping up and above our room. I don't blame the hotel for this I blame the inconsiderate parents.

Breakfast was not very good just fair.

Clean, bed and sheets felt clean and very comfy. Loved that there were multiple restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Great location, Walmart is just a short drive from the hotel.

Wish there were more breakfast options. I wish there were travel sized toiletries available to purchase at the hotel.

Staff, location and amenities

The room wreaked of smoke. I know this is the fault of inconsiderate patrons before me so I hate to ding the hotel for this, but they needs to have professional teams to come in and get the smoke smell out.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! A variety of food and drink to choose from. Rosalinda serves and replenishes the breakfast with such a pleasant and nice demeanor!

There was really nothing I disliked!

Very comfortable, nice space. A lot bigger than I thought it would be!

I’m really weird about hair, and there was a hair on the sink, which makes me feel like they didn’t clean well. But that’s unfair, bc everything else was cleaned great, and it was a nice stay!

Location was perfect, stayed here 3 weeks while dropping my daughter off at Tech. My room was separate from the Living area and we had a full kitchen. Room was spacious, clean, and perfect for all our belongings. Breakfast was also a nice addition and the free washer/dryer were essential for our long stay. Perfect home away from home. Many restaurants are located just a stones throw from the hotel. Staff were all helpful and incredibly friendly, Good Job to all the staff--customer service was excellent, will be staying here again when I am in the area.

The room was fully equipped. It was quiet so we were able to rest well and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and stocked well.

They charged a $75 pet fee for only one night which wasn’t explained anywhere until we arrived . Also, the room was on an upper floor with the pet and seemed as though there were stains (maybe from other pets) on the rugs; would bring and wear flip flops throughout the entire room.

Clean and friendly.

Breakfast only until 9:30. We are from time zone more west and could not get e in time. Would be nice if until 10:00. Shower not too good. No ice machines and ice makers not hooked up in fridges
