Convenient location, nice and quiet, good rates and all the staff (especially the young Hispanic lady at nights who I feel horrible not remembering her name) were very helpful, nice, professional yet relatable making you feel as if your at home.

I can honestly say I didn’t find anything bad to talk about. I will most definitely stay if needed another time and share this location with anyone!

We only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and we didn't have to ask for additional supplies for the room. Breakfast was great!

This hotel did not have an elevator, so if you have several bags, it could be a nuisance. Also, this hotel is on a one-way street, so if you miss the entrance, it takes extra time to get back to it. Additionally, the view is not great, but for a one-night stay, it's tolerable. Lastly, the pool is tiny and right in front of the entrance. Since we did not stay very long to enjoy the hotel, it was almost perfect!

Breakfast was good. Was told they had bacon and sausage but wasn't none

It would have been better if we had a 1st floor room because my wife is handicapped and had a hard time climbing the stairs. So she stayed in the room from Friday night till Sunday night when we left while I was at the bowling tournament.

Some places are not as lovely as the pics online. But this is a fantastic hotel for a bargain price. The coffee at breakfast was weak and not good. But I brewed good coffee in my room Can I please stop typing now? This is ridiculous. I am a professionalwriter. And I have finished. .

The hotel was great at getting us another day when the booking app didn't get us the second night like we had scheduled

The hotel was great but the booking was not correct we scheduled two days but the company booking.com only confirmed one night which the hotel it was a terrible experience cause of booking.com

Great staff, they made all the difference. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast for the price. Very happy with this property, as I go often to visit my son at Texas Tech University and all hotels I stayed before were REALLY BAD.

When I checked in clerk was NOT friendly AT ALL!! Complained about on line booking and guest needs.. NOT a good first impression if not already paid for I'd have walked OUT 😔

The room was much larger than I expected, everything was clean, and ready to use, and the staff people were courteous. It was a very nice place to stay and the value/dollar was wonderful.

I reported the toilet seat was loose.
