Didn't have breakfast cause it was just toast and bagels basically. -no big deal for me, I just ended up going to a restaurant but was a little disappointed that the breakfast was not what I am accustomed to when traveling for biz.

The facility itself is in need of a facelift....at least the room I was in....it was just tired and worn....not necessarily bad...just well used. It met my needs for 1 night but I would not want to stay there multiple nights and or take my family there. For the price can get a nicer place with in the same budget...maybe a tad bit more but definitely not much more.

The breakfast was better than I thought it would be! Usually it's a buffet at many hotels, my husband and I liked how it was freshly made and you had plenty of choices. The one suggestion is have fruit like apples and bananas for people to take in addition to the hot meal. The seating area was comfortable as well. The room and bathroom was clean and there wasn't an odor either in the room or the hotel. It's really close (walking distance) to a lot of different restaurants and I saw a pretty decent indoor pool. We would definitely stay there again next time we head to Lubbock.

There was a strange noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom. My husband thinks there was too much pressure building and maybe something was overnighted during construction. We would have asked to switch rooms but we were only there one night for a conference in town. That should be addressed, room 323.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly! My son and I enjoyed our stay.

They had a room for early check in on the day of my son’s graduation!

The price-regular price was 139.00, but the weekend of graduation it was 409.00.

All staff was awesome! Relocating locally but new place wasn't ready. Work nigjts and everyone assisted us perfect to make sure we could sleep.

Clothes washer was small but cleaned well. Dryer took 2 times to dry.

Breakfast was excellent. A wide range of items were offered which is very nice.

It would be nice if the hotel offered a complimentary coffee station with sweet rolls. I do not like Starbucks Coffee...it is way too strong.

I liked that the front desk gentleman was very accommodating when there was no confirmation number for my booked stay, even though I recieved a confirmation number through Booking.com

The slight delay of my booking confirmation number now confirmed with the hotel.

No microwave in rooms.

position of the bed to see the TV , just was not good I had to lay on my side to watch TV because it was on the side of the room just did not work too good
