My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was so nice and friendly. And the location was convenient.

I didn't like that there was not a working clothes dryer, but this was not a deal breaker. I also didn't like that delivery trucks and trucks with trailers were allowed to park in the parking lot, taking up 5 to 6 parking spaces each. One night there were two delivery trucks and two trucks with trailers taking up about 20+ parking spots. I was lucky to find one parking spot that night.

Location was very good, front desk staff was friendly. We had a last minute room addition and that was met.

Breakfast was decent, but not great - eggs no flavor, sausage no flavor and rubbery. I had asked for rooms together and they were on two separate floors. I think I had wanted adjoining rooms and not sure if this wasn't an option, but that request wasn't met and I wasn't told that this site does or doesn't have actual adjoining rooms. Overall things were fine

Did not appreciate housing keeping opening up or room doors and leaving them open, while myself and my family were down stairs having breakfast. All of personal belongings were left on the bed.as we locked our door behind us. Anyone could have just walked in and got our things . Very upsetting…. Besides this incident overall good stay.

The bathroom was alittle small in our room The night attended was not very friendly we brought food to eat back at the hotel Saturday night and we ate at the breakfast area because we didn't want to eat in our rooms she kept looking at us with an attitude we cleaned up after ourselves and were very quiet just 4 adults

I liked the separation of the rooms in which one bed had a separate door, TV and air-conditioning and the sofa bed had a separate area as well.

The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inn and Suites. The sofa would not open fully unless we removed a dresser drawer because it hit the handle. And our shower spigot was so loose it was coming out of the wall.

Location was great! Easy to find where I needed and wanted to be. Beds were comfortable and shower was great! Missed breakfast but that smelled good when we were leaving.

My only real complaint was the parking lot. It isn't so much the hotels fault as it was just inconsiderate drivers with trailers. There were at least a dozen spots blocked by these type of vehicles. But other than that it was a good place to stay!

The location is great, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The remote on the TV didn't work and I paid extra to have a bathtub and there wasn't a stopper to use the tub.

Everyone was very nice, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was great. The room was clean . The place had a good vide.

The pool was very cold 🥶. Not at all enjoyable.

Just about everything. Night manager, Timothy, was a great help, and very friendly.

Location, location, location. Almost impossible to get to, and just as difficult to get back on the freeway.

The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and heated.

Some trash was left under the bed from previous guests and the shower drained really slow!
