Clean place, very kind staff, great breakfast options. Very comfortable room and bed. It's hard for me to get comfortable in hotels, but this was the exception! The location wasn't bad at all, and I barely heard any traffic! All around, a pleasant stay

The elevator. That was one of the worst elevators I've ever been on. It sounded like it was going to break every time I got on, and almost stopped halfway down one morning as I was going to breakfast. Then there was the hot tub, which was not hot but barely lukewarm. The bubbles was nice, but wish it was a tad bit hotter and relaxing

Room was comfortable and overall clean. Some repairs were needed for the building (holes, cracks, windows, elevator, etc. It's not a new facility so normal wear and tear.) Breakfast was fantastic, good food and variety offered, breakfast staff was amazing!!! Pool was nice and clean. Location was good, nearby to most everything. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and very nice. Parking was decent and well lit.

The front desk lady was so inviting and cordial. From the door, I felt welcome. I became excited about the stay. The reason for the visit was leisure. The facility is nice and clean and well situated. The breakfast was one that would get you ready for the day. Jacuzzi and swimming pool added extra fun.I definitely have already recommended the place to friends and family. I'm looking forward to another stay.

Elevator was working but noisy. Signage for ice machine e locations were not posted correctly, in that necessity required Ice machines be located only on the 1st and 3rd floor and 2nd floor guests did not understand that You see, it was mooved,, but no sign placed telli guests where to get ice.

We think the hotel is nice and good value for the money.

The issue I have is the hotel price increased with each additional visit that we've made to Lubbock. Our daughter is going to Tech and the price increased for the weekend that was scheduled for move into the college and then it was increased substantially for the parent's weekend in September. I really don't agree with that practice but we aren't left with any alternative.

Great location. Friendly staff and great rate. Bed was so comfortable and room was huge.

Elevator made weird banging noise when it stopped. A lot of noise coming from room above me. Stomping as if children were running or playing late at night.

We like the location, it is close to Texas Tech, and my husband really enjoys the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.

I feel that the room rates could be better. On the first visit we made to Lubbock the room rate was much less but then as there were more events at the college, the rates increased substantially with each visit.

The breakfast was fresh: the eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and fruit were great! I love the coffee and juice.

The cost of the hotel was more expensive than usual, but I found out it was homecoming, so that explained the higher cost of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Selection was limited, but very tasty. The attendant in the food court was exceptional and very pleasant.

There needs to be an ice machine on 2nd floor, had to go down to 1st floor.
