Breakfast looked to be great value - I just grabbed some prepackaged muffins to go as I was always in a rush, but looked to include cooked to order waffles among other things

Staff were at times slightly unprofessional - taking loud personal phone calls in the lobby, but were very friendly and helpful

The guys working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The bed was really comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! Showers had great pressure and hot water.

In the places that mattered most (such as the toilet, shower, bed linens), things were really clean but other areas needed some improvement. Definitely needed a good vacuuming. The shower head needed replaced, it didn't change our ability to have great water pressure, it just looked bad. However, for the price, these things were better than expected.

Location and price

House keeping did not replace towels or empty the trash and on the app it ask if you have any special requests. I always request a room on the fourth or third floor away from the elevator. However, upon check in I am informed that you have to contact the property personally. If that's the case remove that question from the app.

It was a bit bit noisy in the morning since we stayed in room 301. I believe it's near the front desk. Also, their blow dryer was broken, and I was unable to dry my hair since it was cold outside.

The breakfast was really good. There was varieties of food , about anything you could want. The atmosphere was good and not over crowded.!

I didn’t find anything that could have been better.! Our stay was very good. The beds were very comfortable, one of the best I’ve had in recent stays.

Clean and nice location

The lady that was in lobby when we got their on Friday wasn’t that nice the hotel could get some renovations done no fan or ac in the elevator and the pool could get cleaned

Vanessa at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great because Socorro is a hard worker and so kind and friendly. Best value as well!

I’ve stayed here many times. The service the people are always pleasant will stay here again next time I’m in town.
