Breakfast was solid......liked the omelets. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and I liked that I was asked at checkin if I cared to have my room cleaned during my stay. Staff were very friendly. Fitness room was very nice. And I loved the large outdoor seating area out back....I enjoyed having my coffee out there.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Also there was a little bit of road noise but it didn't last all night.

The shower was excellent, but the water pressure was a bit low.

The room thermostat didn't allow us to set the temperature below 70. It would also shutdown automatically. There were no facial tissues in our room.

I asked fir a shower cap as I had forgotten to pack one. I was told someone would bring one to my room. after a considerable amount of time, I returned to the desk, only to be told there were none and that they were now on order. I had to drive to a store to get one. While it’s my fault I forgot to bring one, the hotel should have tried harder to get one/ or told me sooner there were none available. Thee real problem is poor management to allow their site to be completely out before re ordering. That simply is a lack of planning.

Elevator was making a loud noise and did not seem safe. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels but none with a worse breakfast than this place.there was a package of red hots candy under one of the beds so I don’t think they cleaned too good

This hotel is very new. The place is really nice. The rooms, are clean and quiet. There is a mini keurig coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is clean and well equipped with shampoo etc. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. There is a pool that is outdoor and a 24 hour gym. It is a really quiet hotel, and the stay at this Fairfield is really pleasant. The place is spotless, and staff ensure that it stays that way. Complimentary breakfast is served daily and is quite nice. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list when visiting Lubbock as a go to place to stay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Location was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

The elevator was not in operation; however we were only on the second floor so not a huge detractor for us specifically.

It was less than a mile and a half from the family we were visiting. It was very comfortable and warm on a cold winters night.

The property was exceptional, it was clean and absolutely comfortable!

There were some kids running around and banging on doors but that’s not the property’s fault, just unfortunate.

Loved the décor and the outside patio. TV was nice and big and everything was modern and clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing.

The pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. The room was small. A little cramped.

Arrived a bit late, but breakfast choices were good. Really appreciate the nice atmosphere of hotel. Staff considerate and helpful. Room and bathroom nice size and very comfortable!

Staff breakfast clean up could have started a little later, but realize it needs to be done.
