The location and general safe feel of the surrounding area is a great asset of this hotel. I tend to like to walk outside before retiring for the evening, and the neighborhood surrounding the hotel seems to be very safe, with no unsavory people around. I usually travel in a pickup with camper shell on the bed, and I feel like the things that I carry in bed are also safe from pilferage.

The bathtub in Room 223 had a very slow drain, and needs to be unclogged. I took a shower so it didn't bother me, but if my wife had been with me, she always takes a bath, and this may have been a problem for her.

I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Lubbock. The hotel was beautiful, and the suite was incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with various options to start the day. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. A special highlight was that they happily accommodated my small Chihuahua, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast could have had more of a selection. As for the location, we weren’t familiar with the city, so we were a little out of the way from where we wanted to be.

There was a mistake with my booking, the reservation was showing for the following weekend, and our stay was for the days you are inquiring about. I had tried to get the other one cancelled not realizing that there was no way to get refunded. I was charged for the whole thing altogether With your booking policies, I won’t use you again.

Well I stayed two nights the first night I was inside main part of hotel and when I went to breakfast and when I had left at one point for about 20 minutes my dogs barked for a few minutes and I was given a call about it. I understand that’s not cool if they were continually working but they only worked a couple times this is a pet, friendly hotel. People don’t understand that if they’re not friendly with Pet station, stay here because likelihood, a pet from the hotel is going to have a pet in the room the second night I was off work and I stayed here with my dog in the room. It’s on the outside I believe it’s 125 and it was a lot better. They still bark when they hear something outside but not nearly as bad as when people go by and knock on your door or take take your sign off when you have it on there that says do not disturb and knock on the door on purpose, so your dogs will bark.then those same people complain

There were no sodas the cooler was out there are no vending machines. The only snacks you can get are in the kitchen. It’s next to the chicken desk, the two rooms that are out here I’m guessing or for handicap but they don’t have a hairdryer and a lot of hot water doesn’t get very hot

I had a bad experience at the original hotel I had booked and my friend recommended this one & the gentleman who greeted me noticed I was on edge and spooked and he was so kind and made sure I was okay. Everyone was just so kind and friendly.

No complaints! For it all being booked at the last minute, it was better than I could have wanted.

The lady we spoke with at the front desk was extremely nice. It was a clean hotel and beds were not half bad.we were only there to sleep as we spent all day at the hospital with our loved one. We booked on booking which was super easy. We were informed that if you have someone at the hospital and are staying for that reason to call them directly as they will give an additional discount. We also stayed the night prior as when we finally got out of the hospital it was midnight. The person at the front desk didnt offer the discount or anything. When we realized he wasn't going to be discharged we booked the room for the second night using booking. At check in is when the super nice lady at the front gave us more information.

The breakfast was not good at all coffee wasn't to bad but I wish they had bigger cups. This normally wouldn't have been a problem but having to go straight to the hospital it sucked a little to not get a good breakfast before we went straight there for the day. Luckily hospital had a large cafeteria.

Easy check in/out. There was breakfast, and food was sufficient. Friendly staff and location were convenient. Very close to Texas Tech.

There was a certain smell in the room, and it wasn't very clean. The water pressure in the bathroom ess not so strong.

Nice building and room. Staff was friendly. Snacks were good. Beds were comfortable.

I was only offered a room that had a handicapped shower. Im 90% disabled from war and trying to live my life as normal as possible, but I was reminded that I'm a broken person by seeing that wheelchair accessible shower rest I didn't ask for.

The room was quiet, although at times the traffic from Marsha Sharp was a bit noisy. That staff that I talked to were friendly. I had to ask for towels and they were brought to me quickly.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom behind the bathroom door. I don't like people coming into my room so I usually put out the Do Not Disturb sign, but it was a little inconvenient to have to ask for towels at the front desk.

I loved the breakfast variety, they had a lot of stuff to pick from if you’re picky, including the morning beverages, and also the food was delicious. Everything is super close to this location, and it’s a really calm place to stay at. The staff was nice, and helpful, and the place overall great.
