Nice staff. Very nice breakfast options. Room was nicely decorated and layout was nice.

The room could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the tables by the bed. They had spilled drink and water rings from previous people. Also had to wipe down the bathroom vanity because it hadn’t been cleaned well-hairs in sink and toothpaste marks. Parking is very minimal to where we actually did not have an available spot our second night.

breakfast was very good, staff were polite and friendly, although the desk area was unattended both when I arrived and when I left.

Upon our arrival and departure, we had to wait over 10 minutes for staff assistance. The drainage in the shower of my initial room was backed up, they moved us to another room. the commode in the first bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible urine on the seat. The rooms were smaller than anticipated.

I liked the location and the breakfast! I also liked that when I told the front desk about the minor issues in our room they were very receptive and helpful!

Our room was very clean but it looked like they were still working on finishing updates to our room - the tub spout was super wiggly, the blackout shade was jammed, and there were some scuffs on the walls. I know it takes time to update a large property so i am sure those things will get repaired!

Superb breakfast offerings and location is convenient to almost anything you want to do in Lubbock.

Our room had a problem with the blinds--could not get them to move downward and since our room was looking out over Loop 289 that was a MAJOR problem. Staff came to check out the issue and moved us to another room across the hall on the opposite side of the building. No blind problems there in fact very quiet on that side of the hotel.

Comfy beds, clean room, water, tea and coffee always available, quick check in, free parking, Safe, Lupe loves her job and provided exceptional service during brekfast.

Guests and especially staff let the doors SLAM. One morning it was RIDICULOUSLY loud.

The breakfast had a lot of options. The coffee was plentiful and always hot.

I wish there had been an alternate milk option, such as oat or almond. At check-in, they couldn’t find our reservation. Thankfully, I printed my confirmation. (The reservation was located with the confirmation number. ) My middle initial was connected to the last name. Sadly, a family member had tried to drop a welcome bag for us and they were told that we did not have a reservation at that hotel.

I didn’t like that the receptionist who welcomed me did not want to be there and so was really quick on saying what I needed to know but I could barely catch what she was saying. I also hate the stupid bathroom door they had, it was one of the ones that slide and don’t even have a lock so you better trust anyone you’d trust if you were gonna stay with them in the room I stayed.

I liked the pool and outside area a lot. The front desk lady who was doing everything was awesome, I wish I would have remembered her name because she deserves some recognition. The shower was nice too.

The room was a little small, but not a big deal at all.

Didn't have a remote for the TV and at first couldn't change rooms or give a replacement remote. However, they caught the maintenance guy when he came in and he brought one to us. They eventually resolved this small inconvenience and we appreciated it.

We drove 13hrs in 2 days and needed a break.. It was a very relaxing and rested stay. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and we felt safe and relaxed.

Can't think if any thing we did not liked.
