Everything was so clean! The shower had great pressure. Staff is very friendly. If I had to pick one thing I didn't like it would be that the bed was kind of hot. I don't know if it's the material of the sheets or the mattress protector I'm not sure, but I had such a hard time falling asleep because I was hot. But they do have a ceiling fan which I'm sure would have helped but I was traveling with my sister who is always cold. Another thing I didn't like is that there isn't a top lock only the bottom lock on the door. But to me it seems like a safe location. I would definitely stay here again because it was so affordable and close to the hospital where my sister has her appointments.

The room was modern, bright, really clean with fresh decor, furnishings, carpet, bedding and curtains. A small, serviceable kitchen area with sink, microwave and fridge was included. The breakfast was a pretty standard continental affair but adequate. The staff were friendly and on the morning we left the lady on reception was extremely helpful by letting use the phone to make a call to reserve a museum appointment. Thank you!

Staff was friendly. Clean. Close to TTU campus.

There was nothing to not like. It’s an older hotel. A little worn but it was clean and had all that I needed for a comfortable stay. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the front side of the hotel. Life flight lands at the hotel close to the back. It didn’t bother me but it took me a sec on to register the noise when they were landing. It’s not constant but they touched down twice during my stay.

Staff were super friendly. My fiance and I were arriving way later than originally anticipated, and the staff called us to confirm we were still coming so that they didn't cancel our stay. I thought that was so thoughtful! Property was clean, breakfast was great, lots of parking. Overall this definitely did amazing for a budget place, 10/10 would recommend again

Great area in medical center of Lubbock. Staff was very professional and pleasant with greetings. Rooms very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking easy and with ample room. Will stay again.

Breakfast area nice and had enough continental fare. Could use a little more variety but overall was good.

It’s close proximity to Texas Tech University was the reason I chose it, and I’m so glad I did! Our room was clean. The staff is courteous and kind. I felt like a guest in a family home. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was too firm for my liking. Small parking area is a challenge in the evenings when most guests are back.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located behind hospitals and Texas Tech University.

Check-in is at 3pm. If you want to check in earlier than that, they will charge $10 per hour. Does not have a large parking lot, nor does it have a pool. You will have to pay a $100 deposit fee upon arrival that will be refunded when you check out and they inspect the rooms.

It was an older property and showed its age in places but was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff clearly took pride in keeping it that way. Its location was central for hospitals and university and within easy reach of everything else. Parking was convenient with some covered parking which would have been a real bonus if bad weather was forecast. The beds were comfy and maybe over time the full size beds will be replaced with queens. Huge section of cable options on TV.

Would have liked a little more choice on breakfast ... There was only waffle and cereal along with coffee and juice ... But there were plenty of dining options within minutes. And it would have been good if bottled water and diet drink options had been available in the vending machine.

There were waffles for breakfast.. That was all I wanted so I was happy for that. The staff are all wonderful and full of smiles with every passing or query. The room is somewhat basic but always very clean and comfortable for a good stay any time.

I believe for the price, nothing really can beat this place. Keep up the good work!

Great location from UMC Medical. Staff is so kind and we always stay here when we go to Lubbock for medical reasons that require overnight trip. Price is great, hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, good AC in rooms. (Gets cold) They do not put up with trouble makers or people acting up. They keep it nice and clean.
