The property is in a great, central location for anything you want to do in Lubbock. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4 to stay comfortably. The staff was so kind and very helpful. We left my daughter’s in our room, and staff called the day we checked out to let us know and asked us to send them a shipping label, which we thought was so nice.

The only downside was that they only had one person on staff the night of our stay, and it was pretty packed due to an event. We had no issues, but I did feel bad for how hard she was having to work to keep up. She managed it all with the sweetest smile though!

The room was big with a lot of extras. The beds were comfortable. The room wasn't as cool as I would've liked it to be but it wasn't hot. The pillows were many, but the comfort of the pillows was not good. The couch was really comfortable to set on and the kitchenette was perfect. We would stay here again.

I would've like the room to be cooler and the pillows were not the best.

Didn't eat breakfast. The location is great which is only a 10 min drive to Tech.

We've stayed there a few times. The only thing that needs to work is the cleaning of the bathroom. Toilets and the floors are the first thing I look at. The beds to see if there's hair in the sheets, dust in the room and cleanliness of the kitchen area.

It was very clean, well maintained, breakfast was good with lots of options, and the room itself was big with nice amenities. Housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast attendant was kind.

I had an issue upon checkout with extra fees and charges, which was frustrating. However, the staff did remove them and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I didn’t love the overall location as the highway that separates the hotel from the university makes it a little less walkable. The bed was uncomfortable.

I liked everything. It was a great place to stay with family and have all the necessary things. And great location.

I got charged twice. I paid 168.37 with Booking.com. And then I got charged by the Hotel 172.84. That’s a total of $341.21 dollars I spent of my family money in this economy. Not everyone has money to be giving away.

The size of the room, the comfy bed, huge kitchen and bathroom. The shower was awesome and it was really clean and quiet.

The neighborhood wasn't great. We didn't have an incident but I think they should hire security for the parking-lot.

This property was by far the best we have stayed in in Lubbock as a family everything about this hotel was nice. The staff was extra friendly and the rooms were very spacious and beautiful definitely recommend for a big family

Everything was perfect

The room is spacious and the staff are great. I've always enjoyed staying here. It's right near the university.

No bathtub but that was okay.

Breakfast was ok. Need more gluten free options for bread.

One of the elevators needs to be fixed. It was slow opening and I thought we were stuck.

The hotel is amazing, close to TTU and many restaurants. I am the mother of a son studying at TTU, so for me the location was wonderful.
