The room was very nice but the bathroom, a handicap bathroom, had some poorly arranged items. First the washcloth and towel rack were across the bathroom nothing close to the sink. The shower/tub had no slip mat for an older person, also there was no place to put your soap or shampoo when standing to shower. The only place was the corner of the tub, which was sloped to allow water to runoff, so the soap slip to the bottom of the tub. Very difficult for an older person, especially a tall, large older person.

Friendly staff, location, breakfast.

Not much to dislike but what I'd like to see is trash cans emptied out more often outside by the bbq pit area, they always seem to be full the times I've been there. In addition, the AC didn't seem to be cooling enough but we made it thru the night. I've stayed here plenty of times before passing thru and it's my hotel of choice and have never had any big issues.

Did not eat breakfast but the coffee is good. Room was large and roomy.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The floor around the toilet was not clean and there was hair. The doors and vertical surfaces are not wiped down and you can see splashes and spills on them. The are sticky in places.

Most everything was as it should be. Very nice clean room.

There was only one bar of soap. I would like to have two. One for shower and one for sink because there were two guests. Also there was only one shampoo and one conditioner. Not enough for two people when one of us has very long thick hair.

Booked online, upon getting there the receptionist was on the phone with what seemed a personal call, and after 6 minutes finally asked he she could help me. Wasn't many people the, but seemed to be all on my floor,? The usual slamming doors all night,..ect.

The breakfast was fine- the best part was the "pour-your-own waffles." The facilities were clean and food was hot. It was great for a quick meal before hitting the road. The room was just what you'd expect. It was clean, and everything worked in the room just fine. The hotel gym was clean and useful.

It was just a little boring, and the breakfast was all processed food.

The staff was very respectful and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Being assigned a handicapped room when I am not handicapped. It was a minor annoyance, though.

Great location for a road trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to restaurants and shops or they had a food delivery service. It wasn't cheap, but the food was really good quality and arrived quickly.

Super great value! Staff was wonderful. Our room was one of the best we've stayed in, very roomy and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable! NOT the typical hard bed. Sheets and towels were all really soft and nice! The breakfast was good, as well.

If I HAD to nit-pick, I'd say they could use a better variety of complimentary beverages for breakfast, as I don't drink coffee, and I'm diabetic, so not a lot of juice, either.

Food wasn’t watched and had to find a staff member to get more food at breakfast time and pool area was empty of towels , had to go back to front to ask for towels and customers left food on tables so that means no staff check in the area for cleanliness
