The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C, shower,fridge, microwave and all other room equipment worked perfectly.

I had issues connecting, and staying connected to the internet. It required a browser login, but would not present the browser to do so when connecting to the network. After much trial and error, I figured out I had to restart my computer and then connect to the network again to get the login page to pop up. This was a recurring and aggravating issue. Also, the pool was closed, something I was not made aware of before I stayed there.

The hotel is older and although there's signs of wear and tear, the facility was clean. Our bed was comfortable, the AC/heating unit worked fine as well as the shower. It was great to have a fridge & microwave in each of the rooms which we were able to use. Personally I didn't have a chance to have the breakfast but my husband did, he would have liked to have had an egg or other hot item choice. Additional towels/toiletries supplied when requested. Staff very friendly & accommodating.

There was no hair dryer regardless of the explanation in the listing page on booking.com. But I think that's okay. If there was 1 more chair in 2 bedrooms, that would be great.

The place was nice. The staff was friendly. I had a corner room, which was very spacious.

The phone in my room did not work. The room was spacious, but the TV was vert small. The pool was closed with a tarp over it.

I liked the option of waffles. Really good waffles

They could do better in cereal options and coffee. Maybe have fresh or warm biscuits.

The motel and room the whole thing was very nice

We had a problem working the TV but we couldn't get it to change the volume down with the remote and the pool wasn't available after being told before booking that it was.

The front desk clerk was really nice and the location was perfect because it was close to the college

The channels were difficult to navigate through, the room was modernized but needed a new paint job, the cereal was stale and the freezer in refrigerator needed to be thawed out it had a pile of ice in it and the door to refrigerator was hard to open due to the carpet

The clerk was rude and kept saying no smoking in the rooms until I finally said yeah I heard you the first time. When I came down to get a straw from the kitchen area he loudly goes “what do you want!?” like rude as hell.
