The room was a nice size, the bathroom being a handicap room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Had a large pool but no hot tub.

The window shade in our room was broken and would not roll up. Informed front desk and was reported to maintenance. Part was ordered but hadn't arrived when we checked out. The breakfast was good but had a limited variety of food items. Hot water for tea was not very hot.

I like that the property was in a safe area and right off the highway. The room was very clean.

The breakfast area was not kept clean during severing hours, there was hardly any food for the guests, nothing was stocked such as; cups, cereal, bagels, and plasticware. They coffee was cold and extra strong. It was impossible to find staff during breakfast time. I have never stayed at a hotel that said it came with breakfast and there was none.

Overall very clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and serving area was kept very clean. AC worked great. Friendly staff.

I would stay at this location again, however I would request. 3rd floor room. We were on the second floor and the floor squeaked in the room above us and the occupant was up and down several times during the night.

Remodeled property, everything appears new. Location is okay, i think they were overpriced because it was a Texas Tech home game, all the hotels in lubbock raised the price.

The staff was indifferent, the coffee was luke warm and was never hot. The hallways were dirtied up sat am and never got cleaned.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. We especially liked being able to soak in a deep tub after a long day of walking.

The area around the location did not make us feel totally safe.

The elevator seemed shady. The front desk staff hesitated to give me towels unless I returned dirty ones that had been taken from our room even though housekeeping service wasn’t provided.

The facility was clean and stylish. My room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, the place was quiet, and it was easy to navigate to from the main roads.

There isn't much to say about dislikes. Anything not working well was very minor - my key didn't want to work consistently at the exit door near my car. Certainly no deal breaker.

My kids loved the swimming pool. I loved all the lights it had in the room. It wasn't dark. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The ac worked really good.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. No frills but no complaints.
