The staff is excellent Brenda at the front desk knows her job she fixes u up with the best deal possible she's professional kind on top of her game the cleaning crew and maintaince guy fixed the only problem I had I've been there several times in the last 8 months it's my go to spot I pass by lots of hotels to get tootel 6 the ppl are down to earth and I really enjoy my stay every stay

The fact that the pool wasn't up and going.

Not enough lighting or security. Seeing a lot of lpd aka Lubbock police department harassing people for no reason. Had an issue with a room and front desk receptionist Brenda was great on relocating me and my husband with no problem. I really appreciated her help and the way she handled the issue it was corrected in the spot. All front desk are kind and helpful and Ms. Rosa was great too. Thank you staff.

There prices are good what I really like the most is that they are pet friendly . I have 2 sm dogs no charge for them . The front desk ladies are polite and helpful. Great place to stay.

Everyone that is staffed here at Motel 6 have been very nice and helpful. Kindness is key. I really do appreciate ones from the front desk to the housekeeping. Thank you again.

The night clerk was great! He was very helpful, friendly, and someone I could talk to when I was bored.

Smell of marijuana in room..lamps broken..smoke alarm broken..pillows were with yellow stains..shower faucet loose..bed sheets with stains..bathroom door broken loose..towels were old & faded..phone broken..air conditioner was old,dirty,& broken..bathroom air vent dirty & broken..¹

I love it

I requested and was placed in a handicap-accessible room. The room was one of the best handicap-accessible rooms that I have stayed at.

I had trouble with opening my room because the electronic access code key kept malfunctioning.. I had to go to the front desk every day and have the front desk staff person and have the electronic access card rekeyed.

That atmosphere and the staff kinda home will return

The swimming pool was closed but not but everything else was great
