Clean interior. I was visiting Texas Tech, and this was the best value after most accomodations in Lubbock were sold out or priced very high due to a home football game.

WiFi never worked for me over 2 days. I just used my hotspot, so I didn't bother complaining. The quality of the TV picture is not great. I was staying during a college football Saturday, so the TV was on quite a bit. It would buffer and cut off part of the image.

Great price for the double queen room, felt like a bedroom in a home instead of a motel room. Beds, pillows and blankets were clean and very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the front desk was nice & helpful

No working ice machine and the neighbors were creepy (not motels fault tho)

It was very clean and conveniently located.

Extremely hard to turn water on in tub and then trying to turn shower part on (only half water came out shower and other half came out tub faucet)…of course I would have preferred a smoking room too lol but I know that’s a thing of the past.

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker with coffee in the room. Good water temperature and pressure. Nothing fancy but overall, a comfortable stay.

This property is so clean and so nice! The lobby is beautiful! The breakfast area is massive and bright. The rooms are spacious and comfortable!

The key wouldn’t work for the door and the lady at the front desk really went out of her way to make sure we were helped. We appreciated her so much because it was cold and windy and she helped right away.

We stay here a couple of times a year for stock shows, the room is always clean and the AC is always cold. It’s quiet and we always feel safe. They are also pet friendly so that is a huge plus!

The location was awesome.....within walking distance to donut shop (right next door); Grocery store; McDonalds and many restaurants. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff; very clean room; very quiet! I would definitely book again when in Levelland.....best value!

There was a problem with the room door lock. Also, shower needed grab bars for elderly guest like myself.
