Clean, comfortable bed, had a bigger fridge then most hotels

The neighbors were loud, my room smelled like weed and cigerettes the minute I walked in

The location and accommodations were great especially for the price, no significant deal breakers. I always bring some pillow cases and flat sheets where ever we go but there was nothing that interfered with our stay. I might bring my own towels next time as they didn't seem super "fresh". Have stayed here a few times with our pet and it has been a good experience so far. The room's details are also very useful like the large fridge and microwave, table, etc.

When we got to our room one card did not work, just used the other. The door was also wide propped open with a sink drain; called front desk to ask and they said housekeeping probably just left it like that. Next day we noticed that lots of doors on the floor were held open with the latches (assumed maybe housekeeping needed to replace towels/blankets after cleaning for the weekend stays -apparently they were very full- and this was their way of knowing which rooms to enter, it was a Monday), but not really sure what that was about. Also, seems like people smoked various things in the hallway and the elevator. Thankfully, it did not reach inside the room.

The bed was super comfortable. They have a whole kitchen in the room, which is nice. However, I didn't need it. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and compassionate about my situation and accommodating. I wish I had her name. She was awesome. I would stay here again for sure.

The neighbors were very noisy and slamming their doors a lot, but that's always hit or miss in any hotel. Never gona know who u get next door. So I don't hold this against the hotel.

It was located in a quiet area. The staff went above and beyond. The room did not have a couch and they located a recliner to put in the room for our comfort. They had cookware for us to use and the laundry was free. The room was clean and there were places to eat within a 10-15 min walking distance. Plenty of parking spaces.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the hallways. Not sure if it is something they can remedy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Dog was welcomed without any problems. Got a room near the stairs for an easy exit.

When a/c went off it got VERY warm. Had to figure out how to keep it running all night. Would have been nice to have a trash can near the door to enter the hotel.

From the moment we walked in until check out time everything was nice. Everything was extra clean and the rooms were spacious and quiet. The rooms come with full size refrigerators that make their own ice so no need for buckets. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was great. It was very close to my favorite donut spot as well as a ton of shopping centers and restaurants. We did not hear any traffic outside or voices or any kind of noice inside. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

There was nothing I can think of that was off putting.

I liked the staff, they were all so sweet and very caring. They helped my sister and I with whatever we needed. This is the first hotel I have been to that the entire staff were so good at their job.

I didn't like that we have to pay for cooking utensils, pans, silverware and other kitchen supplies.

The location was perfect. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfy. The bathroom/shower was great and clean. The towels were nice and big - not small and scratchy like other motels. If we come back through here - I would definitely stay here again. They didn't care that I had my show guinea pigs with me.

There was nothing. Everything was perfect!

It's a decent price in a decent location. Not crowded or loud. Very safe and quiet.

I don't like being charged an extra pet fee. It's not fair. They are cleaner and better behaved than most children and you don't charge more for them. Also, had to call the front desk at check-in, but no big deal.

I like the quietness of the hotel the manager and desk staff were very friendly. The room was very clean.

I looked for a notepad to write a note to the cleaning staff, but couldn't find one. A notepad and pen would be a nice addition to a nice, clean room.
