Staff was friendly

Pool was cloudy and cold Someone on the floor I was staying was smoking pot, however I know this was beyond the staff's control When asked if i could park my car under the entrance awning during the storm, I was told no, yet as the storm approached staff and other guests were parked under it.

The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Parking lot was well lit and provided a safe environment.

Breakfast could be improved to provide some type of fresh fruit or granola bars to provide healthier options.

Loved the front desk agent! Property is very nice. Breakfast was good!

Our room had a rag left on the tv stand, but everything else appeared clean.

There weren't enough outlets for charging phones next to the beds.

Would not give me a receipt for my stay because I booked through booking.com, explained that I need it to prove where I had stayed for tax purposes. Female employee said no, she wouldn’t give me a hotel receipt.

Hotel very clean quite staff very friendly had no problems

Pillows were hard not soft shower was very slippery was charged 100 dollars for incidentals for the room said it would be returned if nothing was damaged no where on the website did they have this posted. Should be posted so customers can plan for this, especially if your on a budget so know we have to wait for hotel to refund back.
