An updated property, but NOT well maintained.

Water faucet in bathroom sink was loose and trickled water. Bathroom toilet had an intermittent leak and would have to refill throughout day. Room had a musty smell, and the vanity light was missing bulbs. The clerk stated they were aware and the bulbs were on order. BUT THEY STILL RENTED ROOM KNOWING THE LACK OF LIGHTING PROVIDED.

Good location. Pleasant staff. Quiet room as requested. Comfortable bed.

Housekeeping was erratic. At times bed was made, trash emptied, etc., but a couple of times not everything was done. For example, the trash might be emptied but bed not made. Also, there was no mirror except in bathroom. A full length mirror is expected in a hotel room.

Everything was perfect. Just two things messed it up.

I think the AC leaks water because all the rug area from the window was super wet. The drain from the tub doesn’t work well. The water started accumulating while we showered and it took a while to drain.

It was good, and the staff was very accommodating and were friendly.

The facilities were a bit out of wack. In our room's bathroom, the toilet set was loose and would shift around, and the shower was either extremely hot or freezing. The pool's heater didn't work, and the doors back into the hotel would not open with the card key so we had to walk around to the front of the hotel to get in. There was also a very large contingency of guests that were active Army soldiers that were staying their while on border assignment.

The room was comfy and breakfast was delicious.

The hotel room had a very bad smell when we walked in and I believe it was coming from the restroom. It smelled worst in there.

The pool it’s super nice, and it’s all the entertainment and restaurant around.

staffing is great and extremely helpful. location is quiet. breakfast is average but very fresh. shower is ok and bed very comfortable

It was clean, beds were comfortable and the room was very nice and spacious.
