The staff was friendly and always made you feel welcome. The ladies that handled the breakfast area were fantastic. Always asking if they could do something for you. The food was great

I request and booked the 1st floor as I have bad knees and I called the week before I arrived to check on accommodation and was told I was in 1st. When asked to put me one 1st due to the fact that I was misled I was told no opening. That left a bad experience for me. No one cleaned the room I had to request to get it done. They didn’t even notice that we need a toilet paper we had to use Kleenex. That leaves a lot to say about the cleaning people

Researching the hotel options in Canon, I found that other facilities had smoking rooms which means the smell of the smoke would drift to the "non-smoking" rooms. The Best Western was a non-smoking hotel and the smell and cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The entire staff (and there were quite a few) were professionally dressed, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast room, food, and service exceeded my expectations and experience in other hotels. I booked my room for an event in 2026. That is the highest compliment.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fridge and microwave available as well as continental breakfast. Great prices. Fitness center was clean and equipment in working order. Also, had a pool but we didn’t use it. Pool Area appeared clean and appealing with potted flowers for decor.

Key card wouldn’t work to fitness room, but staff immediately went upstairs with us and opened the door.

The room was in good condition and was pretty clean. I did notice a few spots that needed to be dusted, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The service was very good overall. The location is near food and other stores and is very close to the First Mondays event parking. I paid around $100 a night - and at this price point its a great value.

Breakfast was good, but when the hotel is busy the breakfast room fills up and you may not find seating. On my second morning we weren't able to get seating and there were tons of people trying to get food so I wasn't able to get any breakfast in the short amount of time I had in the morning. Also, the Fox news channel is unnecessarily divisive and irritating in the morning. I would really appreciate it if we could watch actual news in the breakfast area - I really don't want to argue with randos while I am waking up. Coffee was kind of meh. The room included a bible, which I find to be pretty annoying myself - I am paying for a room and I don't think its appropriate to use that opportunity to force religion on me.

Basic but modernised motel style property. Was fine for a one night stay. TV was huge and beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean.

Really hard to find. Apple Maps knew where it was but couldn’t give the right instruction to get there. You need to cross a garage forecourt and go down the side to get to the hotel. It is behind Dairy Palace (as per Apple Maps) but there is no access that way. Needs better signage.

Location, low noise, accessible to several eateries, excellent service, and rooms, bedding, pillows, were all outstanding for the excellent price! Breakfast was really nice. Loved the "Easter Bunny" touch that was left in our room closet area. A cute touch! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Nothing!

Everything was so wonderful. My family and I came and stayed for Father’s Day and a day at the water park. The room was nice, the pool was awesome and the staff were amazing. They were so kind and helpful. We had a “privacy please” magnet on the door and when we came back they still left us extra toilet paper, towels , and cups in a bag hanging on our door. We loved our stay.

The property was undergoing a complete update and the construction team was doing a Great Job.

During Breakfast, the kitchen manager was a little rude about closing things down while people were in line getting food. He could have announced his actions by inviting anyone still eating to make a final selection rather than grabbing serving trays out from in front of guests. In the line of Bartenders making a Last Call.

Loved the location, the staff was very friendly and housekeeping was awesome! Beds were very comfortable.

No elevator in some parts of the hotel. This was difficult unloading and we were not prepared for that.

I was impressed with the refreshed make over. Everything was so nice and clean. The staff were so nice, respectful, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

During my stay there wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property. I had a pleasant stay.
