I love everything about the hotel, did not expect the hotel to be as clean as it was to be an older hotel. The rooms had absolutely no carpet, is what I've most enjoyed about our room along with the ac unit was awesome cold. The floors have been updated with laminated floors which was absolutely beautiful. We will most defiantly be staying at this hotel every time we come this way. We were surrounded around all the great fast food and restaurant's that made it more convenient for us to just jump in the car and go. Thank You Terrell/ Red Roof Inn....

When I made my reservation, I said I would arrive about 12:30 PM, which is earlier than normal check in time. My room was not ready when I arrived, but the manager did come to my car at 1:00 PM to tell me it was ready. Checking in early SHOULDN'T be a big issue, in my opinion. Rooms have to be cleaned, and having one ready earlier than normal shouldn't be a big deal. I appreciate being allowed to check in 1 hour early. That's the kind of service that will make me a repeat customer.

The Red Roof Inn in Terrell was perfect for our needs, i.e. a clean comfortable budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be renovation going on in the rooms which was not disruptive at all, but the hallway carpet was dirty with construction dust and debris, which should have been vacuumed daily. I'm in the construction business and if it had been my project, I'd have made sure that my crew would take 10 minutes at the end of the day and vacuumed the hallway.

I went down for the canton flea market. This was convenient and easy to get to.

Nothing really. Just be advised there is no elevator. I had requested first floor which I'm glad because my suitcase was heavy and I had other things to carry as well. I did not know this and was glad they put me on the 1st floor.

The staff was amazing! They kept the room clean and well stocked. The fact that Red Roof allows dogs is awesome, as we travel with our two little dogs. Free breakfast rocks!

Awesome location - easy to get to from the highway. One exit away from Buc-ee’s. Close to Starbucks and a McDonald’s

We got a room on the second floor and there was no elevator… not sure why. We were ok with it but if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues you may struggle.

It was a perfect place for a quick night’s stop off during a long road trip. The place is exceptionally clean and the pool was a bonus. Breakfast was good too.

It was quite noisy as it is just off the interstate, but you can’t hear that from the room.

I liked to know that everyone was there to help. I also learned not to judge anyone until you tried other hotels with higher rankings and less adequate rooms. If you don't like the breakfast being served there is a waffle house next door.

I just wish they had more of a breakfast selection, but what they do have is adequate for anyone with children.

Comfortable rooms and good location. Breakfast was ok but nothing I really would brag about.

My business meeting wasn't until that afternoon and they wouldn't let me check out a little later. I offered to pay more but was rudely told I would have to pay for an extra day. I have had similar stays in other establishments and they worked with me.
