Yes Breakfast was good a variety of thinks to choose from

How l was treated by the Manager on duty her name is Cassandra Bush she wouldn't even come out of her office and address me with the problem that l was having l had make reservations for two nights l only stayed one night but was charged for two nights and l want to hear from Upper mangerments regarding my stay.

I was not happy that you have a check in at 3:00 I needed to get ready for a wedding that was to start at 2:00pm thankfully your staff was very helpful by calling maid service to see if a room was ready at 2;30 for us to get ready. we just made it to the wedding by 1:50pm the wedding was starting at 2:00 pm like I said . we are the grandparents of the groom. It wouldn't have looked very nice for us not to make. So thanks to your staff for saving the day for us.

Change your check in time . I know people have to check out at 11;00 but I feel as soon as a room is ready they should let the front desk know so people could check in for the above reason. Also it you are giving a free breakfast , they should serve that up to 10:30 if people have to check out by 11.00. We checked out at 10:00 and was told breakfast stop at 9:30. I was not happy about this. Because of that we had to go to Ihop next door.

That hotel is in a busy area and a lot of cars were playing LOUD music. And the elevator is sketchy and the decor is outdated

The staff was kind the room was clean and the beds comfy.

The floor in our bathroom had broken grout and tile and was uneven and the door was hard to shut.

The manager was SO nice and loved her job! She made eclipse bags for everyone, so thoughtful. Lots of complimentary snacks and beverages. Perfect breakfast. Great stay!

The service was remarkable. The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The room was big and roomy. The hot breakfast was good also. Definitely a 2 thumbs up.

We always use holiday inn wxpress when possible. Rooms are a good size and clean. Dependable.

This particular location is strange. Not HI's fault but city planners did terrible job of street/area access here.

The breakfast was exceptional. It was hot, fresh and so clean! The lady overseeing it was so nice and I told her what a great job she did.
