Nice and clean

Only thing that was bad was when we went down to breakfast it wasn't setup.The male housekeeper was calling around to get kitchen staff and come to find out that person had quit with no notice .But they finally got breakfast out.

The hotel is old but very clean. The staff is friendly and polite.

My room was in the front of the building on the boulevard and therefore a lot of road noise. Next time I would ask for a room in the back of the hotel.

It was convenient for the purpose of my trip. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and the clean facilities. As a bonus, there are several cable channels available, more than most hotels offer, and I was able to watch my regular shows.

I don’t have anything negative to say.

The friendly, professionalism, and promptness of the staff were awesome. The breakfast was excellent. The best I have had in a hotel in a long while. Very clean and quiet. Great location. I highly recommend!

The bed mattress could have been a bit softer, but overall it was okay

I was traveling for work and had a long day. I was exhausted when I reached the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, which was nice. The hotel is nicer than I expected and immaculate. It was a cold night and the temperature in my room was warm and the bed cozy. I was very pleased.

Very clean, well staffed with lots of smiles and caring hellos and very friendly staff. Room was great and the breakfast was outstanding.

The only thing was the freezer in the refrigerator did not freeze our ice packs.

Comfortable beds , close to where our event was held, easy & friendly check in . Good breakfast .

Room had a heavy musty smell . Room interior had a dampness to it .

we are a family of four (booked the room as such) and they gave us two towels. when I asked for more they didn’t have any. more of and inconvenience than anything. staff was friendly and washed all the towels they had and two hours later gave us two more.

When I got to the property to check in, they could not locate my Booking confirmation. Luckily, they did have a last minute available room, saving us from missing a family celebration.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We had stayed at another Best Western in East Texas the previous two days that was far less in every respect. We wil definitely stay in this hotel again.
