I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the facility! No carpet in the room was wonderful. So tired of dated and dirty carpets! The moment I walked thru the doors it smelled fresh and clean. There were smiling faces greeting us at the front desk. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast. We did, however, take advantage of good coffee to go. My sister is a smoker and while I know nobody is thrilled with that, there was a clean outdoor space away from the entrance, safe. All around, just thrilled with this particular SpringHill Suites.

Pricing could always be better but this was a good value for the comparable industry price.

The breakfast options were very good. It would be nice if breakfast went until 10 AM on weekdays.

When I searched for the marriott lindale, the web took me to booking.com and did not give me the option to book through Marriott. Maid service did not come to make up the room during our whole stay.

I loved the size of the room for a family of 5. The facility was beautiful and clean. The location was Stellar. Highly recommend the Texas Musuc City Restaurant that shares a parking lot. The breakfast was pretty good. Loved the bar for night cap.

Front desk was not overly friendly or helpful. Booked a room for 5 and only had 3 towels, annoying having to call then go down to the front desk. Water was hard to find, water machine at breakfast was broken and no water fountains.

We came to Lindale to see a band that was playing at Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse (which is nother fab find). Booking a hotel in a city that I'm not familiar with can go one of two ways...fortunately, Springhill Suites in Lindale did not disappoint. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area, which is replete with Southern Sass...lots of interesting shops & places to grab food or a drink on the patio. The hotel staff were welcoming & down to earth. The hotel was SUPER CLEAN, quiet, & offered free breakfast. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the A/C froze us out & the bathroom was sparkly clean...NO hairs in the shower! I Highly recommend this place! Will come back to Lindale when we have more time to look around & will stay here!!

The staff was really friendly and nice. After a long day in the car, I went to the hotel bar and purchased a drink. The attendant was very nice. I enjoyed my conversation with her.

It is a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and more, but the sign was kind of hidden till you got right up on it.

We arrived fairly late and the staff was very sweet and attentive. It was sort of between cities for us and so we needed to stop for the night, but it was very safe very clean very quiet. The room was spacious & had a nice floor plan.

If I’m being honest, the bed was just a bit uncomfortable for me.

Great staff, everything was clean, nice parking lot and the outdoors area was great to sit and chill by the pool, shower had good hot water pressure and plenty of room, the TV was on a swivel which is awesome, and the Internet was good but could have been better being near Tyler.

The bed was a little too stiff for me, but I have a really soft bed at home so It could have just been me.

Loved the modern feel. The outdoor area with the gas fire pit and seating was great for visiting and hanging out with friends. Everything was clean and very detail oriented.

I didn’t love the feel of the mattress but I do have back issues so that could have just been me. My husband didn’t have anything to say about the mattress.

We were meeting a group of ladies at Red 55 winery & Pink Pistol for tasting and then dinner next door at the Texas City Music Grill. We could park at the hotel and walk there and back. There is also a nice little park, that we walked in the evening, right next door.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The shower had a seat that was falling off the wall and could have been dangerous if someone sat on it.
