Clean and Fresh! Nice room, lounge sofa, good work/space, numerous electric outlets, good breakfast (and they had 'to go bags.). Bed was comfortable, We were assigned room that faced I-20 (noise!!). Asked for room on opposite side of building. Yes, got that room. Room was quiet and nice (appreciated getting that room).

Right next to I-20, lots on noise at pool area, difficult to fine (tucked between and back of Hampton and Best Western).

The breakfast was as good as a free breakfast gets. Only one thing I wish they would add...herbal teas. Only black tea was available and some of us do not partake in caffeine.

The walls were pretty well insulated, but the ceiling was not. I heard a person above me the first two hours of my sleep hodclopping around up there. Also, the shower barn door would not stay shut. We had to stick a towel between the two to keep them from both sliding forward. This was VERY cold on a cold day.

Location right off I-20, Restaurants close by, Comfortable beds,Clean facilities, Front desk is polite.

Being so close to I-20 you will hear trucks all night long, I'm sure if we were on the north side of building it would be much quieter, the air unit does help drowning out the sound. All in all we had a nice stay.

Very clean and modern, everything worked as expected and the bed was comfortable. Adrian had one of the best breakfast buffets we have had at a Holiday Inn yet. Amy at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Fantastic hotel.

The food was very good...the staff was incredibly friendly...the hotel was very clean.

The hotel was about 28 miles away from my destination...not an issue with the hotel, just the proximity to where I needed to go.

The breakfast was not that good. Y’all put eggs in the cheese. I do not care for cheese in my eggs. Y’all did not serve bacon. I prefer bacon over sausage. I could not locate any whole milk as well. You did not have the option of waffles instead of pancakes. But your coffee was excellent.

The breakfast could’ve been a lot better.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that I have had in the last ten years.

This facility was managed by people who care and paid close attention to detail. Holiday Inn Express is well represented by this facility.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good.

Check in was not great. The lady behind the counter had a line out the door and did not move fast. BUT after we got our keys and got to our room, it was lovely and clean. Breakfast the next morning was great and price was good. We were picking children up at a camp in Big Sandy and it’s the perfect spot to be that much closer when we have to pick up at 9am!

Check in was slow and the girl behind the counter didn’t have a clue what she was doing.

This was an outstanding stay. Breakfast was one oft he best free Breakfasts. Room was clean modern, and stylish. Staff was very helpfull.
