Able to use google maps to drive there. Desk employee recognized me. Breakfast slightly better than other economy hotels on loop 323 Tyler. Coffee, sweet and low and raisin bran, also some muffins and fruit. Smaller deposit than nearby economy hotels nearby.

Single door lobby entry w key. Would have been nice to be buzzed in, vs put down luggage pull key from envelope, open, use foot to hold open, pick up luggage, put card back in envelope and struggle me and luggage through door which was trying to close on me.

Very convenient location. Walking distance from a few restaurants and a gas station. Room was larger than most. Staff was very nice to me but I also didn’t cause any issues.

A bit of a pain to get to depending on what direction traveling on the loop.

Marijuana smoke from someone smoking outside our room. Also, please add laundry detergent in vending machine that is next to watshers.

Did not eat breakfast. $25. cash deposit was not appreciated. Room & bed was fine. Unairconditioned lobby was uncomfortable while I had to wait for my room to be inspected for smoking

Couldn't get in the front door, raining, impossible to go under breezeway due to 4 cars

i liked having hot water in my shower

my room didn’t have the ac turned on when I walked in it took forever to get my room cold felt like no one had been in that room for awhile. I didn’t like the fact that they only give one key per room. don’t like the fact breakfast could’ve be taken to room

The staff was very courteous and professional. The premises were clean and appealing. The room was clean and comfortable. The stay was wonderful. Highly recommended. Will stay in the future during visits with family
