Great location with multiple entrances & exits to make the guest flow easy. The room was a really nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

I don’t like the fact that housekeeping only comes every other day. If you’re staying more than one night, make sure you ask for extra towels depending on the size of your family.

The room was spacious

The room was nice and clean, but the carpet on the floor in the room was not appealing at all, it almost looked like dried up dog poop stains on the floor in several spots. The main lobby furniture was very dirty as well as the dinning area chairs, and lastly the hallways and elevator carpet needs to be taken up.

I appreciate that the hotel is located on the loop, so it's not very far to get anywhere. There were quite a few places that I wanted to go in Tyler, and all of them were somewhat close to the loop so it was really nice to be able to hop on the loop and get to where I needed to go.

The rooms were very very nice, but maybe the hallway floor should be cleaned? I assume that they are vacuumed and swept as needed, but they could really use a deep cleaning. I'm not sure if you guys are in the middle of remodeling, but the floor in the hallway on the third floor definitely needs some TLC.

Beautiful hotel

The lobby was FREEZING cold for breakfast, but the third floor was muggy and hot in the hallways. Confusing temperatures. The maid kept walking into the room and asking when we were leaving, all before check-out.

Christine, the front desk concierge, was absolutely amazing and so Full of JOY, super friendly and informative and truly made our visit to Tyler memorable. What an amazing check in experience. We need more like her in the world! Every staff member we came in contact with smiled and were genuinely nice. Housekeeping and Breakfast concierge included. The breakfast was clean, adequate selection and nice presentation. The hotel was impeccably clean & you can tell they have a very hard-working yet happy staff.

The bed was just a little firm for my taste. Room took awhile to cool off but eventually did (well it is 100° out). The layout of the room was slightly awkward, as there was no privacy in getting dressed as the bathroom was visible from bed and sofa … but honestly overall it was very very nice and we will stay here again.

Breakfast was Ok Coffee was great!

Some things in room needed fixing , stopper in sink , we wear contacts and need to be able to close it but wasn’t connected so couldn’t open and close. Some outlets didn’t work.

Very nice property. The room looked different from the one I booked but it was okay.

Bedroom door wouldn’t close completely.

Unfortunately, we were NOT happy with the bed in our room. We were very uncomfortable as there was absolutely NO mattress pad on the mattress, and the fitted sheet came off upon every movement. The bed was hard to sleep on. The sheets were of the poorest quality, and felt like table cloth material. Needless to say we were both in back, and side, pain when we checked out. We were really looking forward to indulgent snuggling in our bed as this was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. The room itself was great though... Oh well...
