Well, the first day of breakfast is on time the second day there was no breakfast till probably eight or nine so we just left and went to McDonald’s

The first night was not good the first room, but the room was good, but the atmosphere was not. We had a guy sleeping right out in front of our room and a motel smoking weed. Another guy was walking up and down now one guy walked by and put snot all over our window, we told the management they gave us another room which was very pleasant and very nice location right in front of the pool. The kids could swim when we could see them so it was nice.

The check in was quick, and the staff were nice and helpful. The pool was clean and the area around it was clean as well. We had an issue with other guest and were able to switch rooms with no issues. The new room was clean and very spacious. The rooms were affordable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby.

The one time we ate breakfast there wasn’t much options. There were waffles and cereal.

It was clean and quiet. Met my needs and perfect price. Rented 2 room wished I got a discount but no biggie. Seen a couple shopping carts 🙄but that’s should be taken back to store from the guest that used it.I used it later to push my niece in for a ride…it was hilarious considering she’s 40 years old lol. But other than that it was clean in and out.

This was my second stay at the Magnuson Grand. It is obviously an older property showing signs of wear and tear but there is still evidence of the ‘Grand’ facility it once was. For the price there isn’t a better place to stay in Tyler. The staff are super.

The parking lot makes it look worse than it is. They were actually resurfacing it as I was checking out.

I like the service I received.

I complained that the heater in my room was not working. It didn't get fixed. They tried to move me to another room, but the key card reader didn't work. So I just stayed in the original room. Also, I requested towels for the next day, but never received clean towels.

I didn't like ones around me, but I really don't matter cause I do me what I'm saying.I keep to myself

Nothing. I can't talk about everyone, but im talking about me it was what I had to experience, so that's i had a great time

Everything is OK so far I'm still here trying to book for another night if I can afford it.. the staff are so nice and helpful they help you try to figure things out it's cool so far

Really nothing so far it's been a long few days but I was able to get some peace of mind here it's quiet. Respectful people all around

Booking was so easy and I was able to book for another guest. The room was clean and really big! The staff was so nice and accommodating to my needs as well.

The only thing that was an issue were the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were small pillows!

The office was very helpful ..

The housekeeping can't speak any English but otherwise I was alright with everything.. I feel that they should clean all the rooms up everyday part of keeping gems down if they don't have enough help hire more help otherwise it was a pretty good place to stay.

The property was easy to find. Staff was very friendly (even though he had several people in the lobby). The room was clean, and welcoming! The pool area is very nice as well.

The property has an old car with the windows busted out parked in the area of our room. The room reeked of weed. The Cable TV isn’t clear at all and kept going in and out. The property has the potential to be extremely nice, but it seems no one cares enough to make it that way.
