Nice and quiet. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Beds were soft with plenty of pillows. Had a microwave and mini fridge. Easy to get to from the main road and close to numerous restaurants and stores.

Stayed on the 5th floor, and the doors are locked to the balcony for safety reasons. Wish we could have accessed the balcony off our room. We went to swim in the pool and there were a lot of people there. I believe a few were not staying there but just meeting friends who were staying at the hotel. My kids and I wanted to swim freely and of course they'll splash some but it just felt really awkward that so many adults were just sitting around the pool edge and on the steps entering the pool when it is made for swimming. They were drinking, vaping and had cellphones at the pool edge. Wish they'd not allow the vaping around children, for sure.

The room was very nice and you would expect to pay more if you stayed here. The pool looked great but not open this time of year. There is a restaurant and bar down stairs. The bar tender, Kristy/Christy is the ABSOLUTE BEST BARTENDER I HAVE EVER HAD!! She made drinks that I could actually drink and liked. She stayed busy even by herself at one time but she was conversational as well as professional. She took care of everyone and was willing to make drinks even if she hadn't made them before! LOVE HER SO MUCH!! 20 stars just for her!! All the ladies at the front were so nice!! Every single one of them!! We had no issues staying here at all! It was clean and nice!! BEST STAY WE HAVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!

There was absolutely not a thing to hate during our stay!

The property was clean and well located close to restaurants, shopping and major thoroughfares. Room furnishings were arranged functionally were comfortable and in good condition. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that my room was cleaned and replenished even though it was only a 2-night stay, which since Covid has not been the standard for anywhere in my travels.

The hotel exterior upon entry was very utilitarian, and not very inviting. Sliding glass doors at the entry have deteriorating sun shade film. A few updates to the rooms would be nice like a bathroom vent fan and safety bar actually in the shower/bath in addition to the one on the side, and usb outlets or charging stations.

The location was great on the SW side of town with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Some parking was quite far from the entrance. Also the doorway into the bathroom was narrow so if you use a wheelchair it would not fit. A walker would be tricky too. I don't use either but I'm a nurse so I notice things like that. 😉

Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool.

My kids missed the waffles but the potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and french toast were delicious so not a big issue. They served the same thing the 3 days we were there.

loved the pool, super clean, and lots of store foods and breakfast options were very nice. Staff was so kind and very lenient on check in times.

I think they could use better shower heads, and drain systems in the showers but other than that amazing shower temps, towels, and other amenities.

The person who greeted us and checked us in at the desk was delightful. We were so pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was (traveling with my 76 yo mother who has limited mobility so that is really saying something!). We were able to get a room v close to the elevator (crucial for my momma!) The workout facilities were ace (lots of machines to choose from, bathroom right there, well ventilated). AND the location put us near every dang thing we could have wanted in Tyler!

Awa, the front desk employee who greeted me upon arrival, was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Awa made my welcome to the hotel so warm and sweet. I would nominate Awa for Employee of the Month. A classy, kindhearted employee the Holiday Inn corporation should be proud to employ!!

We did not get breakfast because we were told we had to pay for it. I thought it came with the payment of the room. The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I would definitely use your hotel again.

Location, price, check-in, exercise room, restaurant, staff, room, atmosphere, - in short - everything!

I had to search my mind and finally came up with one minor complaint - only two caffeine coffee pods in the room. Coffee downstairs was just fine, though!
