our room was great. we booked a large room with a kitchen that was nice. everything was clean and we left it all clean as we only came in to sleep pretty late and had to leave very early. We didn't use the shower, kitchen, coffee pot or anything.

the only thing that I can say that we didn't like was the extra fee to park in the enormous parking lot. it just didn't seem like a necessary fee as they have plenty of room. $7 dollars per day plus tax. our bed was also kind of hard but we didn't stay there but a few hours anyway.

We had a one bedroom suite. The room was large and had plenty of comfortable space. The indoor pool was nice, and there were A LOT of places to gather with family all over the hotel, inside and out. There is even a fire pit to sit around. Great staff. There are plenty of computers to use in the lobby and the space is the largest I have ever seen in a hotel.

I thought the bed was uncomfortable. I woke up in pain and stiff every day. If you are in a room with a window facing the main street, you can hear everything. One night, a car alarm kept going off for hours in the middle of the night. I could also hear loud cars with revving engines on Friday & Saturday night going up and down the road. I would ask for a room facing the back of the property in the future.

I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas holiday stay after traveling from Houston. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the festive atmosphere created by the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The rooms were not only clean but also quite spacious. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I will certainly make this my go-to place every time I visit Tyler.

I like the value the cleanest and the accommodating breakfast when you're traveling for business. I like and enjoy the exercise room. The best thing about it is the kitchen area during the stay on the desk area while you're working. The staff is friendly.

The only thing if you're traveling for business if you wanna use or say you have a business center there's only one printer and it's really not a business center to use. Not to mention they allow kids to play on the business computers which is a hindrance when you are busy on the don't need to get something printed. The other thing would be the washer and dryer not working on the payments only two washers and two dryers are working. Be nice to have an actual volunteer person off of drinks but that's neither here or there.

This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were very roomy. It is very nice having a full kitchen.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was included, so it wasn't horrible for free. As I was checking in, the clerk informed there would be a $7 parking fee added to my bill. They didn't even ask if I was parking in the parking lot. I didn't recall seeing this fee when booking, but I was already there and the hotel was nice, so I didn't complain too much. I was only staying one night. Weird thing to me was they have a big parking lot for the hotel and it wasn't even close to full, so to have an extra fee for parking seemed odd. Just roll that into the cost, or make sure you ask people if they are driving a car before automatically adding it to the bill.

Location was good for us as it was an easy off and on the road. Plenty of eating choices near by, ample parking, gas and shopping close also. Good full breakfast and great friendly staff .

Starting to show its age especially in bathrooms and carpet needs cleaning as it stained the bottom of socks and feet brown when walking on it.

The hotel itself and our room were very clean and inviting! The hot breakfast exceeded our expectations and did provide a good variety. Omelets were delicious!

Couple minor mishaps but easy fixes: pullout bed from sofa had food crumbs (I can see how housekeeping missed it—guessing previous family didn’t use the fitted sheet), front desk didn’t have a first aid kit (my son cut his head on one of the small tables in the room) and lastly, we paid extra for breakfast yet it stated everywhere inside the hotel that it was complimentary.

This property was a great place to stay. Close to food and a short drive to Stephenville. We visited for a Tarleton graduation. The room was very clean and had everything for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Tarleton.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

We were staying there to attend the First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX. So, we were trying to find a hotel on the west side of Tyler, if possible. But this hotel was on the far south and east side of Tyler, which put us approximately 10 minutes further away from our destination.

We like the location and the comfort of the room.

The only issue I found was once I looked on line at my actual credit card account I noticed that the amount was ~$20.00 higher than the final bill. I've tried to resolve this, but have not heard back what the charge was for.
