location was great for shopping and being close to restaurants. We were in town for baseball tournament and location was close enough for driving to events.

The only issue I had was in booking. originally, I needed to book two rooms and my booking.com printout stated I did have two rooms booked. However, when I called the actual hotel a few days later to confirm they stated I only had one room booked. It all worked out in the end because the other room ended up not being needed as some people decided not to make the trip. But that was a confusing situation.

Friendly customer service, room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all.

It takes a while to be refunded for your incidentals. I only stayed one night and its been a week and still don't have my credit in my account. My card was charged while I was 2 hours away from my location. My card was locked and when I got to a stopping point, I called to confirm that the hotel was making a transaction. I unlocked my card and the transaction was approved. Later on the night I discovered, that an email was sent about my room would be canceled if I didn't call with a card. I feel that a phone call needed to be made. At time, travelers don't have access to an email.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, huge room with microwave, very cold refrigerator, nice toiletries. Very quiet rooms, easy location with lots of shops, restaurants etc. nearby. Breakfast buffet was pretty good (just not quite as shown on the website). Scrambled eggs were hot and fluffy; excellent porridge and the best hotel coffee I've had anywhere.

Pillows are a little soft and we didn't receive any WiFi information, but overall this was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was excellent. From my direct experiences to every interaction I witnessed with the front desk and all staff - Every team member was proactively engaging guests. From the simple greetings and good mornings, asking if anything is needed, to handling a few guest issues regarding what appeared to be noise complaints - I was very impressed with the consistent top quality service experience.

Pillows weren’t very comfortable and this was echoed by my wife and two other family members that stayed in the room down from us.

The gentleman who checked us in was so wonderful! It was his 3rd day on the job, but he was a pro at customer service. We were able to check in early, and they exchanged our feather pillows for hypoallergenic ones. They called to check on how our room was. It was a fantastic stay. The beds were also very comfortable.

It was close to everything, staff was awesome and friendly, and rooms were nice AND clean. There was a washer and dryer available which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable, I slept good which is rare in a hotel for me no matter how nice it is lol. I enjoyed my stay...I would def stay again!

Everything was great

We booked the king suite and it was very delightful. The bed was big and comfortable. The sofa was a nice addition where we could socialize. The bathroom was also spatious. When we requested cleaning, the staff arranged my make up. Everybody was very nice.

Breakfast options could have been a bit healthier but overall it was not a big issue.

Parking was great, everything was clean, the room was already cool when we entered and the AC worked really well. Lighting was good. Recycle & trash. Sanitizing wipes in room. Enough breakfast options and employ was very attentive to food area.

The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Extremely clean. Wonderful breakfast choices - make sure you have a waffle!! Water in the shower was hot hot hot - so good! Hotel was close to a lot of places to eat.

Price was a little high from what I wanted to pay, but I think because of the power outages in the area everything was more.
