Staff was awesome! Courteous, accommodating, helpful. Loved them! .. I got a king room, it was very spacious, bed was firm and comfortable, jetted tub in the handicapped accessible room was just what my back needed!! It's not a pet friendly hotel but they didn't give me any bs at all about my small service dog like best western did, the girl asked the right questions and was happy to accommodate us! Rooms were very clean, great value and comfortable... And Coffee available fresh 24/7!! ...I was very relaxed here. 😁

I was here once a few years back only for a night but they had waffles available for breakfast.. this time was only muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee and juice. I like waffles... Lol

The hotel room seemed freshly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows also. We had a good night's sleep. We stayed here for my daughter's ACL repair the next day. It was literally 2 minutes away from Azalea Orthopedics and Baylor Scott and White Surgery Center on Golden Road. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The room the bed was comfortable like that he had a refrigerator and a microwave

The couch had a bad smell to it. They need to replace it or clean it deep clean it swimming pool had too much chlorine was burning my skin.

The staff there are amazing and extremely helpful. The place is not meant to be a luxurious place, but the room was neat and clean. I had everything that I needed for my short stay and it was a very convenient location for me as I was there to take an exam in the building next door.

The rooms are clean and most of all the bed are comfortable. I am a side sleeper and have problems with my hip and back. Stayed two night this trip and did not hurt.

The breakfast is sad but they did have waffles which was the only save. Unfortunately they no longer have this option..... 😕

The bed and pillows in room 230 were alot better than room 224. I stayed in both rooms while I was in Tyler and we all 3 got the best nights rest in room 230.

The floors in room 230 were cleaner than 224. My socks and bare feet were the proof.

The room was really clean and quite spacious. The hotel provides a host of amenities including free breakfast, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, etc. I was very delighted with my stay. However, I was even more impressed with the staff and management! I had to cancel my reservation last minute and was only able to stay 1 night instead of the 5 nights I had initially booked. Staff and management were so helpful with allowing me to cancel my reservation and giving me a refund for the other nights, which I greatly appreciated! Not many hotels have a team that is willing to help even in difficult extenuating circumstances. I could 100% see myself staying at this hotel again when I visit Tyler!

Didn't eat the breakfast. Was just cereal and waffles for toaster. Wanted more substantial breakfast.

Put us on third floor, so rode elevator up and it was on other end of building. Maybe put one on both ends. Also vending machines too far away. Somehow had two reservations. Clerk said she canceled one, but was charged deposit twice. One for 100.00 and one for 109.00. Waiting to see if they refund both.

The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I like that there was a small refrigerator in the room. Even though I traveled solo, there was a foldout sofa in my room, which would gave bee handy if I had a guest

I can not think of anything that I didn't like. I would love it if hotels would use air freshener so the room is fresh smelling upon entering. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast but I was invited.

The elevator was located in the rear, with no handicap (ramp) access. I didn't like noisy neighbor next door banging against the wall or running up and down banging and knocking on doors. I know this was a guest and not the fault of the facility.
