We loved staying here! Everything was so clean. The hotel smelled amazing just walking through the door. We stayed in a two bedroom room. It was so spacious! It had two separate bathrooms. One for each room, which wasn’t stated on our booking. The kitchen came with everything you need. It was like a lil Air BNB. Breakfast was wonderful! It was from 7-10. It stayed stocked with everything. Plenty of places to sit. Plenty of options. The food was really good. They have spaces outside to sit or cook if you would like. The hotel was very quiet. An in the room you can’t hear anything from the other room which is a big deal for me. Parking was great. The hotel is in a good location that feels safe. You don’t feel like anyone will break into your car. The had plenty of luggage carriers to bring your stuff to your room and back down. Overall it was just a great stay! Zero complaints! Wish every stay I had was this good!

I felt very comfortable and safe as I was traveling by myself. The outside lighting at night was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the toiletry choice as I use Dove products at home. Everything was very clean and everyone was welcoming. Noise level was, well nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and social hour was kind of nice too. I will be back for sure. Oh decor was neutral. No dark or drab colors and everything seemed to be thought out nicely. Fitness center looked well equipped, the laundry room was clean, conference rooms were spacious. Check in out was easy and staff was always helpful.

I really can't think of anything that disappointed me or that I needed and didn't have. Hmmm, maybe the mattress could have been a little better. I guess it was springy or needed a topper or a Casper mattress 🤔. It felt thin. Not what I'm use to but i did sleep well. It was clean and crisp.

The room was awesome! We didn't have a reason to use the kitchen but we could have made us a really good meal in it. I liked that the bathroom sink and toilet are in separate rooms. Breakfast was so good! Full, hot breakfast! And plenty of food! Staff was nice and very helpful! But my favorite part was the price! Also, super close to UT Tyler!

I thought the mattress was too hard but my husband thought it was great. So, I guess that would depend on how firm you like your mattress. 😊

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Right when we walked in, our jaws dropped when we saw the fireplace in the modern lobby. When we walked into our room, my husband was grinning ear to ear (he had to work remotely for 2 days during our stay, and was relieved to have such a nice set up!) Everything was clean, modern, fresh, and comfortable. And the BREAKFAST! Chicken and waffles, a breakfast taco bar, biscuits and gravy, real bacon, waffles — we leaped out of bed every morning to get that breakfast.

The only problem we ran into was that the pool definitely was NOT renovated and was pretty rough. It is enclosed, but the windows are open so it’s technically outdoors. The hot tub has been filled in with concrete, so there is no hot tub. The pool got the job done for my kids, but I wouldn’t hype up the pool or stay JUST for the pool. Hopefully they’ll renovate it during a second phase.

The breakfast was great, a lot of options, especially for all my picky kids. I also liked that they served breakfast later than most hotels. I came to visit family for Easter, we will be booking again.

The only thing I didn’t like, I forgot to pack shower caps. Most hotels have them, but this one did not. Also, the pool was not heated.

The property was close to everything we needed but not within the heavy traffic of Tyler. Little pool area was perfect for the kids and the breakfast was a decent spread of options.

When I checked in, the lady wasn’t very inviting and when I asked questions about the incidental charge and if the pool was open, she just rolled her eyes and didn’t really answer the questions. The other staff I interacted was great and consistently welcomed us back or to have a great day if we were leaving.

location was perfect for us, price this time of year was affordable, breakfast was good,cleanliness, really like the bathroom amenities, lighting in parking area was great and felt safe.

Bed was a dipping a bit and lumpy. I didn't realize our room was next to elevator and was busy and will note that next visit not to get room near it.

I like the option to have a 2 bedroom suite for large families.

I didnt like that the pool was closed in the middle of summer. I think the repairs should have been done way in advance before the summer when most guest are expected to have pool access.

The breakfast was amazing!!!!! The best we had had anywhere! So many choices and it was delicious!

The pool was absolutely disgusting and filthy. My kids got sick from being in it. It was milky looking and had stuff floating in it.

Hotel had a very pleasant smell as you walk in! I didn't get the 2 guys name at check in, but they were very nice! Any questions or needs that I had, they were very helpful. The lady at checkout was nice as well. I will definitely be back!
