For the area they have made a very comfortable and clean place that I can go when I am making my medical appointments and feel safe, I didn't worry about people knocking on my door and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will be going back for every stay.

I was very hesitant due to the location, but OYO is changing the standard of that particular location. I am glad I chose to stay.

The owner and his wife are amazing people. Very courteous, warm, friendly, professional, and accommodating to the needs of their customers. The room was great and the hotel is conveniently located in Tyler as well.

Room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. Had a regular bathtub. And the bed was comfortable.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean inside and out. Very helpful allowed us to us atm for deposit after lobby was closed so we wouldn't have to put it on card. We will definitely be staying here again. Very affordable and happy visit all the way around.

they said that there’d be breakfast but when we checked in they said the lobby was closed so they offered a refund since they didn’t have breakfast but we chose to stay anyways and it was nice.

Always has smoking rooms available day or nite..

Some of the rooms can use a little upkeep like with the AC and heaters and refrigerators and such
