BED - Excellent & Comfortable STAFF - Super friendly manager on duty at check in and check out. Ms. PATEL was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. CLEANLINESS - Excellent and very clean. BREAKFAST - Included and hot items available along with fruit, yogurt, juices and other items. ATMOSPHERE - Very quite, I didn't hear road traffic once I was in my room and I didn't hear my neighbors. I only heard 1 man talking as I passed his door. Very nice. FLOORS - Hardwood or vinyl in the rooms and I loved it because it felt so much cleaner than the carpet in most hotels!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Water could be hotter in shower. I have been told I like to melt my skin off but I had it up all the way. Seriously this was such a good stay it's hard to find issues.

The beds were very comfortable in the air conditioner was nice and cold to help us sleep better.

Maybe the bathroom needs more attention but it wasn’t bad. The complementary breakfast should be simplified. The coffee however was really bad because it comes out of a quick machine. Really good coffee can actually be a game changer. It’s like when I stay at Doubletree hotels, I know I’m going to get a really good cookie upon check-in.

Overall everything was awesome. Very clean and comfortable facilities. From initial interaction with Rose at front desk to end of stay, all staff was exceptional and took pride in their job and the hotel. Highly recommend this location

Location great Paisley, check out staff member was so friendly, helpful Offered DELICIOUS Lavazza coffe!coffee!! And Monin syrups, though only sugar-free. We were even invited to fill our coffee containers to-go!! The beds were very comfortable... firm. Frig/microwave available along with coffee/pot tea bags

Breakfast fair was poor, uninviting, waffle iron did not work so just ate an orange.

I liked the accommodations and the cleanliness of the room

I paid 50.00 for early check in and 50.00 for late check out. But I guess the hotel needed money because they never refunded my 70.00. Even after I asked the clerk. She said it would be reversed on my credit card but it never was and no one has called to address this. I did not check in early or stay late. Would like a refund, please.

Staff super nice. Rose went out of her way to help me fix my reservation (cancelled a couple days) for this stay. She also assisted me my making my reservation for a future week stay! She was very professional and knowledgeable!

The tv reception was spotty, the remote was very slow at responding.

I liked the location.

I had to put a pet deposit down, which I haven’t gotten back, plus $40 each for my dogs. I’ve stayed at other hotels that were pet friendly and I didn’t have to pay extra. But, with that said, I’m thankful they allow dogs in the hotel.

Our king size bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we've come across. Room was clean. I like the full bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The street outside was so busy and noisy all night. I understand there is nothing they can do about that. Also breakfast was underwhelming.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was large and very comfortable with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was always good as long as I didn't wait until the last minute to go.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. I made a phone call and the staff came right up to fix the problem. It also had a few ladybugs crawling and flying around the room. Had to call my brother to get rid of them. I know they not harmful.. but I do not like bugs.
