My family and I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 30 days due to a family member being in the hospital. Everything about this property exceeds our expectations. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk all the way to the housekeepers, even the staff that serves breakfast in the morning are friendly. We really enjoy the lovely rooms, great breakfast and we always set time aside for the pool. The hospital (UT HEALTH) was less than 4 minutes away plus this hotel is in the perfect location for family parks and dining!

Nothing negative to say here! Considering the location the place is actually excellent. It only took about 3 min for me to reach the hospital. The property is great!

There wasn't a big selection if kids were involved for breakfast. I love biscuits and sausage gravy, but if it had a waffle section did not know where it was. And I know a lot of Holiday inns have a walk selection and travel all over the United States for work. our military was having a meeting and that's understandable near the breakfast area and we did not want to disturb

We didn't get to the pool but maybe next time we visit. When we travel to Tyler and stay over we will be staying again . The breakfast was delicious. We have stayed at other hotels in Tyler and this one made us feel like home. The staff was very professional and so friendly. From the front office to the housekeeping staff were the best. Room was clean, and breakfast was decent with hot options. The Cinamon rolls were good.

The "lady" at the reception desk on June 8th 2025 at 1pm, was rude and impolite. At first, no one was at the reception desk, then after a while, "she" showed up annoyed to have a customer there. It definitely ruined the good experience at this hotel. They knew we were a family of 3 and only gave us 2 towels.

The breakfast was better than average for low-cost lodging. But, anytime one is eating factory made omelettes with plastic forks on Styrofoam plates with no fresh fruit and cinnamon rolls that come in plastic containers from Lord knows where, you can’t really give that breakfast a very high rating. Staff members were courteous and enthusiastic. The room was large. The furnishings were a little worn, but they were completely OK. My room had a very good worktable, almost like a small conference room table.

The cheap hollow core door on the bathroom that is hung in such a way that it almost swings closed, left to its own devices, cheapens the entire room a little bit. I felt that my very large bed was a little bit crowned in the middle, which is not a big problem, but it is noticeable.

Friendly staff, great location, clean, comfy bed, and great breakfast. Love the full size bottles of handsoap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in bathroom.

I didn’t like that hot tub had been filled in by concrete at some point. Tv was tiny maybe a 32 inch

The staff was amazing. Hotel s was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Kids loved the pool. Heat selection of hot breakfast. Cons… one elevator was broken when we were there and only one ice machine was working. 3 ice machines wouldn’t dispense ice.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice TV, lots of channels, air conditioner worked great, clean room, friendly staff, quiet hotel, would stay again. Safe place to stay if traveling alone.

I didn't get to eat the breakfast because I had to catch a flight at 6am so my lyft driver picked me up at 4am, so that's the only thing I missed out on. Just wish there was fresh fruit or even a pastry available at that hour for the guests that have to leave before breakfast starts. They did have coffee ready but that's all.

Rented room with jacuzzi tub main reason n pd extra for that room style upon checkin was informed none of their jacuzzi tubs jets in none of the rooms work due to hail damage they got🙅🏻‍♀️ they need update their site advertising something they do not have However the front desk lady said they’d give me 1000 points but I had to download their app which 1000 points doesn’t really get ya nothing

The dry sauna was a bonus surprise since I do always love me a dry sauna ! The fact that ice cold citrus water was continuously offered in the lobby was extremely nice since our stay was in August. I consider that a impressive personal touch making the hotel vibe very welcoming.

I'm not sure.. our stay was quite wonderful.
