Good location near family. Nice breakfast and friendly, helpful attendant. Also helpful night desk clerk

Cable issues never corrected. Desk clerk came and helped us work TV best possible. Coffee pot did not work. No hand rails anywhere in bathroom and we had asked for handicap bath as we both need bars. Not able to bath due to safety.

Clean facilities, awesome bed, delicious coffee and great breakfast. The coffee is truly better than almost any American hotel I’ve stayed at.

Everything was great! I would have thought if was brand new except we stayed there last summer. Also, the tiles on the elevator floor are cracked. Other than that, it is so well maintained that it looks new.

Time did not allow us to enjoy breakfast but it sure did smell good! This hotel is awesome! Extremely clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice! Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the amount of plugs offered! We will definitely stay here again!

Water pressure in the shower needs some improvement but everything else was great!

Rooms clean the staff was super nice and we like the location.

What we didn't like was the last night of our stay we were planning on resting a little before our departure but the people in the next room dog was barking.

We love this location and usually drive 20 minutes from the closes one because it is hands down much better. Really good breakfast. One washer and dryer only but free to use. Great staff, very clean, recommend.

In a time of crisis dealing with a death of an elderly family member and the life-threatening medical situation of another family member, the staff assisted us in a professional manner, efficiently meeting our needs in the MOST compassionate way possible. This is my new go-to hotel.

Missed breakfast. Bed so comfortable and with the black-out shades… slept until 9am. Room exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. Did not utilize the fitness room but was got in late and left by 10

Everything was fine. The hotel was convenient to come and go from during the day. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety.

The property looks brand new!! The assistant manager got us all checked in. She was very friendly and kind! It was not to far from Tyler Tx. There is a McDonalds and Brookshiers grocery right across the street. Very nice hotel!
