Check-in was great, but it takes a little longer than you expect because there are so many activities to be informed about. That said, the staff were wonderful and welcoming and very informative. We were a group of 4 adults who stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Each room had a private bathroom and there were actually 2 kitchen areas, a small outdoor seating area and a laundry comfortable living room. The jewel of this stay was the pool area. It was walkable, but we drove. The pool is large, with a spash pool, a large swimming pool and a large jacuzzi. There was plenty of seating and the sunset from this pool was fabulous (there are several pool areas on the resort grounds). We LOVED our stay and will return.

Loved everything

With coming from GA, I forgot about the time change. I called the resort to see if it was okay to be on property until the rooms were ready and when we arrived at the resort at 12:30pm our rooms were ready instead of waiting until 4 pm. The resort had a lot of free things for kids to do on property from Putt Putt Golf, arts craft, many playgrounds to choose from,2 full court basketball, arcade, and board games. When you check in, they give you a schedule of all the activities going on during your stay. The food was great, especially at the Grill restaurant.

The resort has an issue with spiders and grasshoppers/ crickets on the outside of the building. I suggested to the resort front desk that having someone to pressure wash the building would help fix that issue. Hopefully, they will do it.

The property was nice as well as our unit. Very comfortable. The main pool was nice, enjoyed the mini golf and they had plenty of games and activities.

The property has four pools, however we were put in the presidential units located near the marina. If you wanted to go swimming, you had to get in your car and drive down the highway back to one of the pools. I also did not appreciate the high pressure sales push to invest in there timeshare. I paid full price and had no interest in purchasing. Once I made it clear the 2nd time, i did not hear from them for the duration of our stay. Water park on property is extra.

Was quiet for most of our stay. Room was very comfortable. Having access to a full-size refrigerator and full-size microwave was a bonus.

There was an odd smell outside of building 7. While we were not specifically concerned about water safety, the female life guards were playing with phones and chatting rather than paying attention. The male life guards were on the ball.

It’s was fun a small getaway for spring break with the kids the only bomber was we couldn’t enjoy the waterpark because it was close until Friday and we stayed there Monday and Tuesday, but the kids went to the pool and had a great time

It has a ladybug problem we had lots of ladybugs in our house

The activity area was so much fun. If you can’t find and activity you like something’s wrong with you. The grands enjoyed the water park, the whole family enjoyed the pontoon boat rental. We finished our stay with a cook-out down at the beach area complete with s’mores and pictures at the gazebo with the lake and sunset in the background.

No shower in the Master suite, just a jacuzzi tub.

The place has all kind of fun activities to engage with the family: pool table, mini golf, arcade, horse rides, tennis and basketball courts, pools, and the great Waterpark. Plus the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing surrounded by nature.

Despite the cabin was extremely clean, it had a funny smell that wasn't unbearable but it could've felt more comfortable if it had a febreeze plug or just an aromatic candle. So we just made some coffee to help vanish the smell and that kind of helped to camouflage it.

The location was very convenient. The resort had everything that we needed on site. Places to eat, drink, play and swim. They also had a variety of games that we could play indoors with our family. The 2br villa we stayed in was amazing and we had plenty of space for our kids to relax and have fun.

I wasn't too happy about the lengthy time of a presentation that we agreed to be involved in. The customer service reps were good, I just felt that it was a bit misleading. We weren't prepared for the options that were presented to us and one of the managers became kind of pushy after we expressed that were not interested.

Everything was good ! The water park is a nice attraction to go with the family

I didn’t like the fact that they charge two security deposit, they called few days negrote my staying saying that $150 deposit was , and I got there they charged me $115 for security deposit, so they keep two security deposit.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans and dishes. Awesome jet tub! Super relaxing environment.

The amount of spider webs at all the entrances and on the balcony. A good cleanup of the webs is needed.
